Send KYC Receiving Confirmation
1. After receiving the customer KYCs concerned branch personnel will email to MFSU, FRD (i.e. @
tanjilur.rahman@bankasia-bd.com) for acknowledgement.
4. Verify & attest photograph & ID card of the customer in presence of the customer.
5. Put signatures of two branch officials on the two fields (one in ‘Prepared by’, another in ‘Approved
by’) stated inside the ‘To be filled by Bank Asia Limited Only’ box at the back of the form with seal.
6. Please put signature of Manager Operations/Equivalent Official inside the agent box (marked by
‘Agent Signature & Seal) on the front leaf of the form.
7. Please do primary verification if customers' primary/present address does not match with the
branch's territory/operating area.
8. IMPORTANT: Presently, BA branches will open Hello accounts with zero balance only i.e. with no
primary deposit/cash in. In future, branches will be provided with the facility for Cash deposit &
withdrawal.
2. Hello Back Office will confirm BA Branch about file receiving status through E-mail.
3. After receiving the KYC Hello Back Office will do data entry and account activation.
4. After activation, respective customer will be notified via a confirmation SMS.
