SUNSET GARDENS

Project Scope

The scope of the project involves the construction of Phase 1– Sunset Gardens, an
upper middle-class gated residential community, rich in amenities including resort-style
pools, outdoor entertainment spaces and additional facilities.

The Project

Sunset Gardens will be developed in 2 phases. The development will consist of

approximately 315 apartments spread across the whole plot (99apartments in Phase 1
and 216 apartments in Phase 2). The development will include standardised apartment
blocks of two basic structural types, with 3-4 living floors for each building (8 buildings
in Phase 1 and 12 buildings in Phase 2). Buildings will have no basements.

Current tender procedure refers only to Phase 1, while Phase 2 will follow with an
approximate gap of 6 to 12 months from Phase1. Separate Tendering Procedures will be
followed for each Phase.

The proposed Phase 1 covers an area of approximately 20,000 sqm of which 16,500
sqm comprise outdoor areas, such as internal road network, parking spaces, communal
facilities and buildings, pools, external services, landscape etc. Phase 1 includes 8No
Residential Buildings (3No Type A and 5No Type B) of 4 Living Levels and their total
area (incl all building’s floors, covered / uncovered and common areas) is
approximately 16,000 sqm.

1. The Site
The site of development is located on the south coast of Limassol, Cyprus, along the
southern side of Zakaki Asomatos road, occupying part of the area between the two
communities, to the north of the Salt Lake.

Phase 1 – Sunset Gardens Development will be constructed within ‘Νέο Τεμάχιο 2’ as

indicated below. Future Phase 2 will be constructed within ‘Νέο Τεμάχιο 1’
