Key Accountabilities:
 You will assist the clients through phone or/and ticketing system for various types of
financial operations, such as card/ banking application blocking, due to fraud/ lost/ theft.
 You will provide information related to bank account statement, payment transactions,
banking card status.
 You will provide assistance to those clients who want to lodge an appeal for their order.
 
Desired Profile:
 French language mandatory - proficiency level
 English language – beginner (A2)
 Flexibility and availability for shift schedule
 Team working skills
 Ability to communicate in a clear manner both written and spoken
 Customer service and attention to details skills
