AT200 Series Intelligent Magnetostrictive Level
Transmitter is composed of magnetism-insulation stainless steel
tube (measuring pole), magnetostrictive line (guided wave line),
movable magnetic floater and electronic parts etc. It is attached
outside UHZ-517 magnetic level gauge and couples with level
gauge. Impulse generator emits a current impulse (inception
impulse) along with guided wave line. The magnetic field
produced by the current impulse
combines the magnetic circle
and magnetic field vector in
floater and generates spiral
magnetic field. It will result in
instantaneous torsion, actuate
g u id ed wave wire twist and
produce terminal impulse, and then the
terminal impulse will return along the
guided wave wire. By measuring the time
between the inception impulse and terminal
impulse, the level can be determined, and
4-20mA current signal will be output.
