A resolution requesting and authorizing the Multi-Inter Compact Integrated

Farming Calao Association (MIC-IFCA) President Noel C. Rellesiva and Treasurer
Ronalyn A. Raga to Update the Dormant Account of Multi-Inter Compact
Integrated Farming Calao Association, of the Landbank Philippines Tacloban
Branch.

WHEREAS, presented for consideration was the intention to update the Dormant
Account of MULTI-INTER COMPACT INTEGRATED FARMING CALAO
ASSOCIATION (MIC-IFCA) Brgy. Calao Burauen, Leyte.
WHEREAS, the entire officers and Members of the MULTI- INTER COMPACT
INTEGRATED FARMING CALAO ASSOCIATION (MIC-IFCA), of Brgy. Calao Burauen,
Leyte, joined hands together to humbly request for the updating of the Dormant Account
of the association.

NOW THEREFORE, upon on motion of ELPEDIO R. JABILLO JR., duly seconded by

ALL Officers and members of the MULTI- INTER COMPACT INTEGRATED FARMING
CALAO ASSOCIATION (MIC-IFCA), be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the officers and members of this association
MIC-IFCA, approved to request for the update of the Dormant Account of this
association.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the office the
Manager of the Landbank of the Philippines Tacloban Branch, Tacloban City.

APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY, this 20th day of March 2023, at Brgy. Calao Burauen,

Leyte
