The broad Job Description would be –

1. Database management of all our alumni


a. Checking the existing list and updating the details
b. Adding the missing alumni names
2. Planning & organizing annual calendar of activities
a. Activating the chapter – appointing respective in-charges
b. Planning chapter-wise activities
c. Taking SOIL Premier League (SPL) to the next level
d. Annual Home coming
e. Academic engagement plan for alumni
f. Student Development plan with Alumni
3. Benchmarking alumni activities vis-à-vis national/international colleges
4. Activation of Leader-Inspire-Leader program for admissions.
5. Alumni Involvement for career services

Executive Education & Consulting

KEY RESPONIBILITIES

 Assist in delivery of executive education and consulting projects of SOIL


 Responsible for assisting in facilitation and coordination for the events/ project delivery
 Engage in market research and analysis and monitor competition, external and internal
environment for development of new market segments
 To coordinate the logistics required for different programs (wherever required)
 Contribute to product research & development
 Data analysis and representation

MARKETING

1. BEING SOIL BRAND AMBASSADORS:


 To handle online reputation management (ORM) on platforms like Pagal Guy & Quora
 Interacting with all stakeholders such as perspective students, alumni
 Responding to general/admission queries
 Being point of contact between External agencies & SOIL
 Exploring other similar platforms to help next batch of students
 Managing reviews, rankings & ratings of SOIL across various platforms to ensure top of mind
recall for SOIL and its brand

2. SOCIAL MEDIA:
 Handling various SOIL channels such as Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
 To support in content creation for day-to-day social media posting
 To keep a track of important daily activities which would enable relevant content creation
 To handle Live Tweeting/Facebook Live & Posting for specific events
 Video planning - Script writing and executing high quality video content relevant and apt for
SOIL audiences

3. STORIES & CONTENT:


 To work closely with content team for creation of brochure, invitations, collateral, social
media content, emailers etc.
 To create content for transformational stories of students
 Write articles / blogs, sharing thought leadership & opinion pieces on current events, personal
experiences at SOIL and key aspects of being a SOILite – published on SOIL channels, partner
channels and for PR

4.  PHOTOGRAPHY
 To cover all SOIL events by clicking candid photographs

Requirement: 1. Personal DSLR


                          2. Knowledge of Photoshop or any other Editing Software and Video Editing
                              would be an added advantage.
ADMISSIONS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 To co-ordinate with Prospective Students about the Admission Process


 To support Admission Team for Admission Process by coordinating and conducting Interviews
 To create Awareness about the Admission Events through QS MBA, Info Sessions, and other
events
 To Help in Profile Evaluation / STAT Scores
 To handle queries received through different platforms such as online, offline platforms etc.
related to admissions
 To coordinate with Panels / Alumni for Interviews

Career Management Services

KEY RESPONIBILITIES:

 To manage the external mentorship program and ensure that all the students are making the most
of this opportunity, and raise any concerns faced by the students at the earliest
 Reach out to Alumni for various activities like Internship, Placements, practice interviews, etc.
 Extensive research on companies visiting other B schools and identifying the ones relevant for
SOIL
 Fix meetings and meet companies across the country and pitch SOIL as an institute of choice
 Create a plan and execute student development activities such as Resumes, Student Dossier,
practice interviews, GDs, etc.
 Coordinate with students and ensure all activities given to them are completed on time
 Identify and invite senior leaders for various events and conferences held at SOIL

Program Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Survey collation & analysis


 To support in improving functioning of program office by performing various kinds of data analysis
 Data Presentation
 Being host to new international & national faculty
 Design and coordinate for events & other program office activities
 Coordination of Leadership Series
 To arrange required logistics for conducting classes and examination in collaboration with IT helpdesk
and administrative department
 Support in Curriculum design & delivery
 Workload Analysis

RA Entrepreneurship Cell:
Job Description:

1. Assist in the designing of the Entrepreneurship Cell


2. Build relations and reach out to SOIL Entrepreneurs
3. Help in designing the annual activity calendar
4. Create a pool of angel investors/VCs
5. Coordinate during the Entrepreneurship sessions by Yogeshji
6. Explore possibilities of setting up an ‘incubator’ at SOIL/SOBD

RA Marketing Chair:
Job Description:

1. Assist the Marketing Chair in content development for the students


2. Monitor performance of students with respect to Marketing courses
3. Assist in research/data collection – primary as well as secondary
4. Scanning the internet for competitions – case study/b-plan etc in other schools and corporate
5. Assisting the Marketing Chair in routine course administration.
