REFLECTION NOTE
DEMONSTRATION TEACHING

The role model for students is the teacher. Students pay attention to them, act on their advice,
and occasionally obey them more than their parents. Teachers should be exemplary role models for
their students. They ought to set a positive example for the pupils who are listening to them and live
what they preach. People in their immediate vicinity and the neighborhood are watching them closely.
Therefore, they must behave in a way that is appropriate for an ethical educator.

The level of the students, their requirements, their interests, the teaching scenario, the
teacher's perception of how students learn best, the amount of time available, and the resources
available must all be taken into consideration while creating a lesson plan. Because it enables teachers
to organize classes in a systematic way and gives students the opportunity to understand what they will
learn and how it will meet their requirements, lesson planning is crucial in the lives of teachers.

After the demonstration lessons, I felt relieved, contented, and happy. Relieved because I
accomplished something and realized that we really need to connect with ourselves, our materials, our
feelings or response about our material, how we would like our students to feel, and how we would like
to achieve this connection with their hearts and minds. I feel happy as I prepared and give different
kinds of fun activities for them to enjoy and learn. We as teachers shall also motivate our students in
enhancing their skills. I really tried my best to make them feel comfortable when learning. And I truly
believed in the student’s capacity to succeed, and I am dedicated to them in achieving their success.
Teaching requires full dedication, love, and compassion for the profession and the learners. Dedicated in
the sense that we, teachers should have the ability to inspire students through approaches, actions, and
even through the lessons and activities that students were engaged. “Teachers cannot teach what they
do not know”. And in teaching, things that should be taught must be good, true, and correct.

”Becoming a teacher does not end with know how to do it”.
