    Affix this OUTSIDE the box

    HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN

    Step 1: Print your Shipping Label and Packing List. Cut the Shipping Label out along the dotted line.

    Step 2: Pack your return securely and in the original packaging if possible and place the Packing List inside.
    Affix the Shipping Label to the outside of the package. Make sure to remove any other shipping labels and seal.

    Step 3: Schedule a pickup or drop off at any authorized facility for the designated carrier on your shipping label.

    TRACK YOUR RETURN through the email you received with your return label.
