Congratulations on the decision to study at Amrita!

You have taken an important step toward shaping a successful future! We're excitedly looking forward to welcoming
you on campus on 31st July 2023.

Please note that your presence for the Orientation & Student Induction Program is mandatory. It is an essential part
of your journey at Amrita and will provide you with valuable information and guidance. The program will commence
promptly at 08:15 AM on the mentioned date, so we kindly request all students to report to the campus at that time.

Once the Induction Program is completed, classes will begin immediately, allowing you to dive into your academic
pursuits and engage with the vibrant Amrita community.

Pre-Arrival Process

1. To help us stay connected, we request you share your WhatsApp number and personal Email id.
2. Please get ready with the documents based on the checklist for portal upload and Physical Document
verification on campus. Checklist.
3. Complete your profile and upload your certificates on our Swagatham'23 - Onboarding portal

4. You may follow the checklist and carry all the necessary original documents that include the following
Mandatory Declaration/Undertaking forms duly signed(Your signature and Parent/Guardian Signature) for
submission during the Physical Document verification on arrival.
1. Anti-Ragging Undertaking Link
2. University Code of Conduct - Compliance Link
3. Medical Fitness Certificate Link

line.

Accommodation

To avail of hostel accommodation on the campus, you may check the link for the fee payment tab just below the
tuition fee payment in AOAP. You must complete all three payments (Registration and Caution Deposit, Hostel Fee,
and Mess Fee). The accommodation request will be considered, and you will be categorized as a hostel only after
completing all the payments. For queries regarding hostel facilities, you may write to boyshostel@blr.amrita.edu and
girlshostel@blr.amrita.edu 

Please note that for students to be day scholars, their parents must be residents of Bengaluru and reside within a
radius of 30km from our campus. Stay with a local guardian will NOT be permitted. 

Bus Facility (Day Scholars)

If you require University transportation (Bus facility), you may check the link for bus fee payment in the AOAP portal.
The boarding points with the fee details will be available for you to choose from in the link. 

Education Loan Document

If you are considering a bank loan to manage your fees and you require a Loan certificate stating your Fee Break up,
you can download the certificate from the portal once your profile is completed. You may check the following link
for instructions to download Loan Document/Certificate.

Please note a Bonafide Student document can be shared only after your complete your document verification and
meet the eligibility of joining and receive your roll number.
