OBSERVATION:
Post anterior cruciate ligament repair status. There is a increased high signal, thickening and
laxity of the graft is seen, however, the fibres are seen in continuity, suggesting partial
interstitial low-grade anterior cruciate ligament graft tear.
Buckling of posterior cruciate ligament.
Patchy bone contusions / marrow oedema in the posterior aspect of lateral tibial condyle, also
seen in medial and lateral femoral condyle .
Posterior cruciate ligament is normal in course and caliber. No evidence of discontinuity seen.
Medial meniscus show normal morphology and signal intensity. No evidence of meniscal tear.
Lateral meniscus show normal morphology and signal intensity. No evidence of meniscal tear.
Medial collateral ligament is normal. Lateral collateral ligament is normal.
Patella and patello-femoral joint appear normal.
Medial and lateral patellar retinaculum is normal.
Patellar and quadriceps tendons are normal.
Visualized muscles are normal.
IMPRESSION:
Posterior anterior cruciate ligament repair status.
Partial interstitial low-grade anterior cruciate ligament graft tear.
Buckling of posterior cruciate ligament.
Patchy bone contusions / marrow edema in the posterior aspect of lateral tibial condyle,
also in medial and lateral femoral condyle .
