CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR GREY WORKS
1. EXCAVATION AND FOUNDATIONS
2’ feet deep and 3’ feet width excavation from N.S.L. LEVEL. Anti termite treatment tenakill spray
as per drawing and specification. (Auriga Marplex, Global, FMC) In ground floor 6” thick P.C.C
with brick ballast / stone ballast well compact with compactor. Wall foundation will be laid as per
drawing and specification cement mortar (1:5) ratio. Laying of 2” thick (1:2:4) PCC in DPC. Plinth
level filled with gassu. Two Layers of Hot Bituman or Ultra Chemical treatment for water proofing
shall be done on DPC. Total foundation from PCC till DPC will be 5 feet 6 inches more than this will
be paid by house owner. (Detail mentioned in Clause no 12 a.)

a. SAND: in Brick work from Ravi, RCC work 100% Chanab, Plaster work 50 %Chanab and 50% Ravi.
b. Crush from Taxilla (Margalla)
c. Cement Maple leaf, DG Cement, Best Way (Which is easily available in the market).

2. PLINTH
Ground floor Finish level will be + 2’ from the road level porch and side passages level will be + 1’
from the road level.
3. SUPER STRUCTURE
a. 9” thick brick work in super structure of 1st class brick (Awal) masonry (Approximately
Rs.13,000/ 1000 bricks in cement sand mortar ratio (1:5) 4 ½ thick walls will be made with (1:5)
cement mortar.
b. ½” thick cement plaster (1:4) ratio on ceiling, shade, internal and external walls.
4. REINFORCMENT CEMENT CONCRETE (1:2:4)
a. All reinforced cement concrete in, lintels, column, beams, roof slabs, , parapet and shelves shell
be carried out in ratio (1:2:4)
b. Local deformed steel bar 60 grade (Bilal/Model Steel/Afco Steel) shall be used in RCC slab as
per structure drawing and design.
1.75Kg Steel/SQFT 5,000 SQFT Approx.8 Ton.

5. TOP ROOF TREATMENT

a. Parapet Wall 2 Feet RCC.


b. Applying 2 coat of Bitumen.
c. Laying one layer of polythene.
d. Laying a layer of 3” to 4” Mud.
e. Laying 1 ½” x 4 ½” 9” brick tiles laid over ¾” thick mud mixed with husk grouted with 1:3
cement mortar.
f. Making khuras providing adequate slopes for the drainage of rainwater.
g. Providing and laying 4” (dia) UPVC (Medium) pipe of Popular/Turk Plast for rainwater.

6. PUBLIC HEALTH AND SANITARY WORK


a. PVC pipes Popular/Turk Plast of appropriate size 6’’ Medium will be used for internal main
and sub main lines.
b. Water supply hot and cold lines all bathrooms and kitchen will be provided with PPRC (Firat
Made in Turkey / Popular).
7. ELECTRIFICATION
a. It shall include conduit PVC pipe of ¾”, 1” and 1 1/2" as per require in roof slab and walls will be
provided.
b. P.V.C fan box; chandler box, light box, ceiling light box and bracket light box will be provided
according to the electric drawing.
c. Boxes for light plugs, power plugs and for switches will be provided according to the required
size.
d. Telephone and cable points in all bedrooms, drawing and TV lounge will be provided.

8. SEWERAGE
UPVC 6” Medium dia sewer pipes Popular/Turk Plast shall be used. It shall be connected to
Septic Tank and main Sewer line.

9. SUI GAS
Sui Gas connection shall be available in:
a. Kitchen
b. Drawing Room ( Fireplace)
c. T.V Lounge (Fireplace).
d. Geyser point and Servant Quarter as required.
e. 2 Extra gas point and sanitary point other than mentioned above will not be charged.

10. ADDITION / ALTERATION CASE

a. In case of addition / alteration during the construction in the approved and agreed plan by the
owner, it shall be charged separately according to the market rate. 9’’inch thick wall with
plaster Rs 300/SQ.FT, 4 ½ inch thick wall with plaster @200/SQ.FT and Front elevation
beam structure with steel @750 CFT Will is charged.
b. Actual measurements of covered area shall be measured from Roof at final stage.

11. FOLLOWING EXTRA WORK WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY


a. Boundary wall Rs.1900/RFT. (Running feet) height 6 feet from the road level.
b. Water Tanks and Septic Tank Rs.200 per Gallon. (All R.C.C)
c. Shelves will be charged half of covered area.
d. Pergolas fully charged @ agreed agreement price.
e. 3 inch thick shade will be charged @ 50 % of Agreement Price and 5 inch thick shade will be
charged @ Fully Charged.
f. Passages, open terrace, car porch and drive way area will be charged. Rs.350/SQ.FT
g. If Steel Shuttering used for slab poring then no plaster at roof, if wooden shuttering used for
slab poring then roof will plaster. If steel shuttering used and roof also plaster then owner
shall pay Extra amount.
h. Membrane Cost.

12. PROJECT PERIOD

Period for the completion of Gray Structure bungalow 5 month starting from ________________ and
ending on ______________________.

(a) If plot depth is more than 2 feet from the road level then extra feet in depth will be charged as :
1. For 1 Kanal Rs. 2,00,000 Sqft in depth

(b) Electricity Connection, Copper Piping, Gas Connection, Water connection, Molding and Boring
Expenses will be borne by the house owner.
(c) The owner will provide clean plot. If the plot is not clean then pay the cost of Plot clearance.
