soup.
Second, we all need carbohydrates. They

shows, do it. One hour, maybe two or three in a row. It
will help you to not live only by war chronic. But keep
in mind that you can’t completely immerse yourself in

“Happiness” is a simple word with a different
meaning. The exact meaning of happiness can’t be
defined, because it is a state of mind that is different
from person to person. One person’s, mental status
can’t be exactly the same as someone else's. Happiness
is the feeling that makes us feel good. Different things
make different people happy.
 A mother finds her happiness in her child's smile.
 A student finds happiness in his increasing grades.
 A millionaire could be happy making his next million.
 A monk could be happy when he finds inner peace.
Happiness doesn’t depend on what you have, it
depends on how you feel. You might have everything
and yet be unhappy, or you might have nothing and be
happy. Someone cries because their iPhones stopped
working, whereas some are celebrating because they
found their missing shoes. Happiness is relative. It's all
about the state of mind. Happiness can’t be
synonymous with pleasure, whether monetary or
physical. These pleasures soon die as time flies.
We humans have the bad habit of comparing
ourselves with someone else. We somehow directly or
indirectly relate our happiness to someone else’s state
of mind. When we compare our current situation to our
past and find that we are better off, we feel happy, and
if we find it worse, we feel sad. Our satisfaction and
happiness often depend on whom we compare
ourselves to. Constant comparisons with those who are
smarter, more beautiful, or more successful than
ourselves also tend to breed frustration and
unhappiness. But we can use this same comparison in a
positive way, we can increase our feeling of life
satisfaction by comparing ourselves to those who are
less fortunate than us and by reflecting on all the things
we have.
Desire is also one of the major causes of
unhappiness and dissatisfaction in our lives. Certain
desires can be positive, such as a desire for happiness, a
desire for peace, or a desire for success. But some
desires are unrealistic, such as the never-ending desire
for material things. Many of us end our lives by saying,
“Oh, I want this, I want that,” but we never ask
ourselves, “Do I really want this?” There are thousands
of thoughts in our minds. Some are positive and are
very helpful, we should take them. Some are negative
and are very harmful, we should try to reduce those
thoughts. We are all full of emotions, we should learn
how positive emotions are helpful and how negative
emotions are harmful. This realization enhances our
determination to face and overcome those emotions and
gives us the feeling that the secret to our happiness is in
our hands, and we must not miss that opportunity.
We are all aware that the primary key to our
happiness is our mental state, so, we need to clearly
identify different mental states, make a distinction, and
classify them according to whether they lead to
happiness or not. For example, hatred, jealousy, anger,
and so on are harmful. We should consider them a
negative state of mind because they destroy our mental
happiness. Once we cultivate the feeling of hatred or ill
feeling towards someone, then other people appear to
us as unsympathetic. If we maintain a feeling of
compassion, love, and kindness, then these feelings
create a kind of openness, and we can communicate
with other people easily. We will find that all human
beings are just like us, and that gives us the spirit of
friendship. We consider this to be a positive state of
mind.
Our happiness is somehow connected with our
subconscious mind. We must choose happiness in order
to be happy. We need to cultivate the seeds of
happiness in our subconscious minds. When we open
our eyes in the morning, we just need to say, “ I choose
happiness today." Similarly, nothing is accomplished
without desire, so we must sincerely desire to be happy.
Happiness is the harvest of a quiet mind. We should
anchor our thoughts on peace, poise, security, and
divine guidance, and our mind will be productive of
happiness. Remember one thing, no one in the world
can ruin your happiness unless you do.

interviewed a famous ballerina Kateryna Kukhar. She is

been going in for ballet for 36 years. After her
interview I fell in love with ballet as the most graceful

form that originated over 500 years ago in Italy.
Though ballet dancers are trained to appear gentle and
graceful in their movements, ballet technique requires a
tremendous amount of strength, balance, technical skill,
and flexibility.
Ballet definitely cultivates a love of classical
music and an understanding of the structure of it. It
helps create the illusion by being part of a show, or
sitting in the audience and letting yourself be swept
away, the theatre is pure magic, and ballet is the most
beautiful form. The lights, the costumes, the makeup,
the music… Ballet feeds our inner child and reminds us
what it’s like to be a little kid.
So, why do I love ballet?
The first, is the costumes. The costumes in a
professional ballet are absolutely breathtaking. The
costumes are decadent and stylish and gorgeous, and
their dramatic factor helps make the show absolutely
incredible.
The second, is the music. Music is, of course,
hugely important in the ballet, and it is as beautiful as
you would thus imagine. With the help of music the
artist show their technic and emotions with the help of
body language. It helps bring you into the story.
The third, is the magic. Some of the most famous
ballets are based on fairy tales. Just about every ballet
has magic somewhere in it, and when you're watching
the performance, you feel that magic. It's incredible.
That, too, makes you feel like part of the story.
Moreover, the grace. that goes into every
movement, every performance. It quite literally steals
your breath away – and you gladly give it up, as long as
you can keep watching. Those dancers work so hard,
and their grace seems ingrained, something they were
born with, like their eyes or their noses or their hands.
When you see two dancers together, performing
opposite each other, you don't doubt that they're crazy
about each other and in love with the dance. It just is.
It's a fact of life, something you can't possibly doubt.
Every ballet is different. Each one is unique.
Even if you see the same ballet with a different
company, something about the choreography will be
changed because each ballerina and danseur seeks to
make their parts their own in some way. It makes for a
unique and one of a kind experience every time you see
a new performance.

fulfill our need to identify with a ‘real’ human.
 Voice over acting provides that human element to
animation through personality and conversation.
 Commercial acting takes on a more informative role,
educating us on the newest product or service on the
market, through convincing performances and catchy
jingles.
Extra or background acting provides a supportive role
to the main characters in our favorite plays, movies, or
TV shows, helping to strengthen the story-line, and
make a scene more realistic.
With the help of the plays we can understand
different problems of our world. They could be
problems of our society, relationship between people,
environmental problems, historical facts and impact of
people on them. Of course, every play is about this or
that issue, but the solving of it can be rather
unexpected.

children make parenthood much easier? Is the

Parents complain about all sorts of things in
their children: they are a problem child, a rebel, a
know-it-all. Problem children are usually very self-
confident. There is one behavior, though, no one
complains: when kids are too well behaved. They have
the reputation to do what they are asked; they don’t nag
and moan and are in general the best kids ever.
I’m sure that children should not be too well
behaved and too obedient.
A forever sweet and well-behaved children
have one major drawback, which may be worse than
anything else. They do what they are told, and that is
the problem. If children never rebel, and also is not
allowed to do so, then there is indeed a serious
problem. It goes without saying that, to a certain
degree, children have to obey. Especially if they are
very young. However, they need the freedom to rebel
as well.
Life without a developed personality
If children never learn to stand up for
themselves, this can have dire consequences during
adolescence as well as throughout adulthood. Highly
adjusted children suppress their own personality. They
have to behave the way their parents expect them too
and likewise behave in a way to give their parents what
they want to see but without independent personality
they will continue to please others during adulthood,
which significantly limits their chance to find true
happiness.
It has been proven that very quiet children
have little self-confidence. If children always do what
their parents want, they have little choice. Some are
already brought up in a way that it will be very hard for
them later on in life to feel appreciated. They meet the
expectations of their parents and behave exactly as
expected by them and society. Later on in life they are
almost invisible. That might be suitable for
employment in a secret service agency but certainly not
for anything else.
Children must be allowed to be independent
If you do not have any problems with your
own kids, this is suspicious and certainly not a good
indication for great parenting. Today for many parents
their status in society is important. The problem with
this is, if the child makes a mistake, the parents feel
offended. They will argue with their children, complain
about what they have done. Their thinking is that the
behaviour is a reflection of their parenting.
Perfectionists, for example, expect so much of
their children, that at the end, the young person is so
overwhelmed and does not dare to do anything
anymore. Purely out of fear to do something wrong.
However, mistakes are important. Without them, we
would not be able to understand or grasp a lot.
The problem though is, sweet and well-
behaved children will not achieve much in life. The
“good child” becomes spineless and does not know
how to stand up against those brave and strong
personalities he encounters at school, the workplace
and society in general.
Children have more than only one
characteristic
As a parent, it is crucial not to put your child
into a box and be done with it. Every child has their
own individuality.
Children should be exactly as they are and not
as their parents would like them to be. It is important to
give children space and provide them with the
necessary freedom to be discovered all of their
characteristics. It is important for children to develop a
multifaceted personality to give them a healthy
repertoire for responding appropriately to the many
challenges in life.

Children should be accepted as they are
without being turned into what the parents would like
to have. Missed dreams and desires of the parents are
not to be projected onto their children nor are to be
