ONLINE (00000001) The point is inactive if this bit is clear.

RESTART Indicates that the point has not been updated from the field since device restarts.

COMM_LOST The bit indicates the communication between the device where the data originates and the
(00000100) reporting device is lost.
REMOTE_FORCED Indicates that either the REMOTE_FORCED or LOCAL_FORCED flags are set in some object
(00001000) received from a downstream device for this non-originating device.
LOCAL_FORCED The device is operating in some mode so the device overrides the reported data value locally.

CHATTER_FILTER The single-bit binary input or double-bit input is changing between states at a very high rate to
(00100000) report a chatter filter.
ROLLOVER The flag is obsolete and is listed here for historical reasons only.

OVER_RANGE If set, the data point's true value exceeds its valid measurement range.

DISCONTINUITY If set, you cannot compare the reported value against a previous value to gain the correct count
