SWIMMING POOL WAIVER & LIABILITY

I _______________________ knowingly and voluntarily entered TRACTOR FARM RESORT premises,

and I do so at my own risk. In consideration for the usage of amenities herein and or swimming:

I may be subject to the risk of my personal safety, injuries, accidents, death and or damaged/loss of
my belongings and I accept the risk.

I also understand and agree that I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MYSELF, MY SPOUSE, RELATIVE/S AND THE
CHILDREN that I have with me. I also understand that I will exercise maximum supervision of the
children that I have with me. I swore that I will not leave the child/children that are with me
unattended during our entire stay at TRACTOR FARM RESORT

I agree that TRACTOR FARM RESORT and their employees are not LIABLE for any injury and damage
that I sustain while I/We in TRACTOR FARM RESORT vicinity.
