scholarship holders for the academic year 2021/2022

secondary and higher secondary school certificate / diploma certificate / degree certificate with mark-
sheets / transcript of records legalized by the proper embassy or with Apostille
sworn translation into Polish or English language of documents issued in any language apart from
mentioned above (including the legalized certificate/mark-sheets/other document)
document confirming the required knowledge of Polish or English for study purposes - medium of
instruction letter / language certificate (at least B2 level IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) / Skype interview
medical certificate (only for candidates applying for the Faculty of Chemistry and Faculty of Geoengineering,
Mining and Geology, Faculty of Fundamental Problems of Technology - Technical Physics)
declaration of not holding Polish citizenship

STEP BY STEP HOW TO APPLY

1. CHOOSE THE PROGRAMME Check out the offer online visiting the website: www.admission.pwr.edu.pl and
learn the admission process and deadlines for October and February intakes.

2. ONLINE REGISTRATION Register online in the IRC system: www.registration.pwr.edu.pl, fill in all the
required data, personal data as in your passport and upload formal photo.

3. APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT Pay application fee to the account provided in the IRC system and upload the
confirmation to the system IRC.

4. SUBMIT ONLINE APPLICATION Apply for the field of your interest and upload in IRC system: secondary
school certificate with mark sheets or degree certificate with transcript of records and submit online application.

5. APPLICATION ASSESSMENT Wait for application assessment and confirmation of meeting entry
requirements - Offer Letter. Upload remaining documents in the IRC system.

6. ACCOMMODATION If you need the confirmation of accommodation check once again if you provided us
information in the IRC system. The tuition fee payment is required (if applicable).

7. CONDITIONAL DECISION After receiving the tuition fee on our account, we will issue the Conditional Decision.
Next download the document from the IRC system, read it carefully and check deadlines. The original document
can also be collected personally or received by post.

8. VISA APPOINTMENT and ARRIVAL Book visa appointment in Embassy/Consulate. The tuition fee payment
is mostly required. Provide the arrival details to the IRC system to request for the pick-up service from airport or
bus/train station, if applicable.

9. ORIGINALS AND COPIES OF DOCUMENTS After arrival to Wrocław, but before the semester starts, submit
originals and paper copies of all required documents to the Office of International Affairs, Division of
International Students Admission.
