SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Isidro, Talakag, Bukidnon, do hereby name, constitute and appoint ADELINA OCTUBRE
TABIAN, of legal age, Filipina, and a resident also of San Isidro, Talakag, Bukidnon, to be my
true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following special powers, to wit:

1. TO REPRESENT in any of the activities and meetings of BASIDFA and other

government affairs;

2. TO SIGN in my behalf any documents related to the aforementioned activities and

meetings referred to in the immediately preceding paragraph; and

3. TO COLLECT the lease payments from DOLE Philippines.

authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or

could do if personally present and acting in person;
