NO. 2, SERIES OF 2017) BY SUPPLYING THE APPROPRIATE PARENTHETICAL TITLES OF PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT HEAD (DEMOCRITO O. PLAZA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL), PROVINCIAL GOVERNEMNT DEPARTMENT HEAD (PROVINCIAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE), AND PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT HEAD (PROVINCIAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE) WHEREAS, the Executive Department, in a communication dated 14 February 2023, requested the Sangguniang Panlalawigan to amend Ordinance No. 607 (Previously Numbered Ord. No. 2, Series of 2017) by indicating the appropriate parenthetical title of some of the positions created by it; WHEREAS, the said request coincides with the mandate of Section 27, Rule 7 of Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Action (ORA-OHRA) which requires that qualification standards of the parenthetical title shall be used in the publication of generic position, and Section 13, CSC MC No. 12, s. 2022 which enjoins that generic position title shall be ‘accompanied by parenthetical title which shall be used to determine the qualification standards and the duties and functions of the position; WHEREAS, there is a cogent need to amend Ordinance No. 607 so that concerned position will have the appropriate parenthetical title; NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Agusan del Sur in session assembled that: SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
