Purpose of Travel: Conduct of Concept Development Conference (CDC) and

Training Objective Workshop (TOW) ICOW PH-US Exercise Balikatan 39-
2024 (EX BK39-24)

Brief description of duties:

1. Prepares, coordinates and supervise activities pertaining to the

organization and attached units including assignment and detachment of units
for IDSE/Naval Diplomacy activities; HADR; support to base defense;
contingencies; staff visits; ceremonial activities and other matters related to
employment of FMRF Units.

2. Updates situation map based upon current operations being conducted

by the Command/Operating Units.

3. Studies and evaluates results of concluded operations (After

Operations Report) and formulates plans and policies to improve the
readiness of FMRF Organic Units through the lessons learned from these
operations.

4. Supervise Task/OPCOM Units in the area and other Supporting

Elements.

5. Monitor Command and Control communication at all times.

6. Perform other duties as directed.

Travel dates: 25 June to 01 July 2023

Anticipated length of stay or tour of duty in the United States: Seven (7)
