SCENE: Season 5 Ep 6 Hayley dies (Hope and Hayley get kidnapped by Greta. Elijah
fights Klaus because he had his memories removed and because Hope was in danger thanks
to Greta. Hayley throws herself into the sun along with Greta after removing Greta’s hand
and burns into the sun.)

Main Character POV (Klaus’s Point of View)

[What in the world is going on right now? I feel betrayed by Elijah, like, why would he stop
me from saving Hayley. I don’t know if I need to remind this bastard that Hayley is his one
true love. Stefan could resist my compulsion because of how strong his love for Elena was,
why can’t he do it?]

KLAUS: What are you doing here?

ELIJAH: Protecting my family.
KLAUS: They're your family? Hope is in there!
ELIJAH: It's not my problem.
KLAUS: Well, what about Hayley? You loved her.
ELIJAH: The woman I love has a brother in there, and you're not going in.
KLAUS: Well, it shows how little you actually remember your old life, because if you did,
you'd know there's no way you can stop me.

KLAUS GOES INSIDE BUT KEEPS FIGHTING ELIJAH WHILE HOPE AND HAYLEY
ARE THERE

[I swear on mother’s liver that when we get Hayley and Hope out, im torturing him until
he decides that it is about time that he remembers who his very good looking family is.
Elijah is actually insane at the moment, does he want me to remind him of everything we
have gone through, our always and forever?]

GRETA AND ROMAN TORTURE HAYLEY WHILE HOPE IS UNCONSCIOUS

[He needs to let me go right now or else I will rip his throat out.]

ELIJAH STABS KLAUS. PREVENTING HIM FROM SAVING HAYLEY.

ELIJAH: Roman. Are you okay?

[He has to be joking. This is going to far]

GRETA STABS HER HAND INTO HAYLEY'S CHEST ATTEMPTING TO RIP OUT
HER HEART. HAYLEY LOOKS AROUND AT KLAUS AND HOPE. SHE MAKES A
FINAL DECISION. SHE GRABS GRETA'S HAND WITH HER DAYLIGHT RING AND
RIPS HER FINGER OFF AND THE RING FLIES TO THE FLOOR. SHE RUSHES
THEM BOTH OUTSIDE, UNPROTECTED. THEY BOTH IMMEDIATELY BURN IN
THE SUNLIGHT. KLAUS SCREAMS IN PAIN.

[NOOOOOO!!! There is no way Hayley, the mother of hope and my best friend is gone.
There is no way Elijah was the one to contribute to killing her. It isn’t true. It can’t be.
Hope needs her mother more than anyone else and now she won’t be with her thanks to the
last person I thought could do that. He is dead to me, until he figures out that we are his
family and not those stupid vampires]

[All of this is my fault. Im so stupid. Dad left us and to bring him back I put mom in a
coma that now will turn us both into ashes. I wish she could know how bad I feel about the
situation but with my whole body intoxicated with magic]

HOPE: I'm not going without you. I cloaked you as a hybrid. The second you finished that
spell, Freya's beacon started flipping out. They know where to find us now.
HAYLEY: And I will be fine, Hope. But it all makes sense now. They could have killed me
at any time, and they didn't. It's you that they want.
HOPE: No, I can take care of myself.
HAYLEY: No. It's not your strength that they're afraid of. You are a Mikaelson witch with
a werewolf mother and an Original father. You are the one that could finally unite all the
factions. And that goes against everything that they believe in. They thrive on hatred, and
you... you, my sweet girl, are their worst fear. Which means you have to go. Yes, you have
to go. You have to leave now. I love you. Now. Go.

KLAUS WALKS IN FIGHTING WITH ELIJAH

[Oh my god, dad is here thank the lord. Mom is saying I should leave but I don’t want to
leave her alone, I don’t want anything to happen to her but now that dad is here I feel
safer. I know they can do it]

HOPE TURNS TO LEAVE BUT GRETA IS BEHIND HER AND KNOCKS HER OUT
WITH SLEEPING POWDER.

HAYLEY: If you lay one finger on my daughter… No!!!

ELIJAH STABS KLAUS. PREVENTING HIM FROM SAVING HAYLEY. GRETA STABS
HER HAND INTO HAYLEY'S CHEST ATTEMPTING TO RIP OUT HER HEART.
HAYLEY LOOKS AROUND AT KLAUS AND HOPE. SHE MAKES A FINAL
DECISION. SHE GRABS GRETA'S HAND WITH HER DAYLIGHT RING AND RIPS
HER FINGER OFF AND THE RING FLIES TO THE FLOOR. SHE RUSHES THEM
BOTH OUTSIDE, UNPROTECTED. THEY BOTH IMMEDIATELY BURN IN THE
SUNLIGHT. KLAUS SCREAMS IN PAIN. HOPE WAKES UP AT THE SALVATORE
BOARDING SCHOOL FOR THE YOUNG AND THE GIFTED.

HOPE: Mom?
FREYA: Hope.
HOPE: Mom?

[No. Why is aunt freya not telling me where mom is. what is going on? I- it couldn’t be.
She’s still alive and so is dad I know it]

FREYA: She's gone.
