1. The field is hereby informed of the organization of the School Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE)
Task Force in preparation for the June 4, 2018 Opening of Classes, to wit:

2. The OBE is part of Department’s efforts to ensure that learners are properly enrolled and able to
attend school on the first day of classes. Thus, OBE Task Force is expected to address problems,
queries and other concerns commonly encountered by the public at the start of the school year.

3. Thus, the above-named school officials are expected to:

a. Attend to queries, issues/concerns/complaints of callers and walk-in clients;

b. Guidance teachers/coordinators must observe tact and courtesy in attending to parents and
students;
c. Provide information needed by the clients;

d. Reply/respond to messages received and print the message if necessary;

e. Provide immediate appropriate actions/solutions for issues/concerns received from
clients; and
f. Accept all transferees and returning students immediately on the day they report to
school.
