I am a highly accomplished professional with extensive qualifications in engineering and a demonstrated track
record of leadership. As a Multi-licenced Engineering Professional - a licensed Mechanical Engineer, Registered
Master Electrician, Registered Master Plumber, Certified Plant Mechanic, and DENR Accredited Pollution Control
Officer, I possess a wide range of expertise.

Currently, I am pursuing my second degree in Electrical Engineering and will soon be graduating. Throughout my
college years, I showcased exceptional leadership skills as the President of the New Era University - Association of
Mechanical Engineering Students. Additionally, I held influential positions as Chairperson in various student
conferences, including the prestigious 1st Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME) NCR Regional Student
Conference and the 8th PSME National Student Conference.

In my professional capacity, I am actively engaged in property/real estate management and a diverse range of

My commitment to professional development and industry involvement is evident through my roles as Vice-
President and Board of Trustees for the Pambansang Samahan ng Inhinyero Mekanila (PSIM) – Quezon City
Chapter. I am also a dedicated member and Chapter Vice President of the Philippine Society of Mechanical
Engineers - Quezon City Central Chapter (PSME - QCC). Additionally, I played a pivotal role as a founding member
and Chapter Auditor in the establishment of the Philippine Integrated Fire Protection Organization (PIFPO) - Quezon
City Chapter.
Presently, I hold the esteemed position of CEO/General Manager at MKCF Engineering Consultancy and Services,
where I provide comprehensive engineering solutions to clients. Furthermore, I am the Engineering Head of FGCB
Engineering Services, overseeing projects in various sectors, including restaurants, offices, clubs, and residential
construction.

As the Facility Manager and Engineering Head at The Palace Manila, the #1 nightlife destination and largest
integrated entertainment complex in the Philippines, I am responsible for delivering exceptional engineering
consultancy services. This prestigious establishment boasts five distinguished establishments - Xylo, The Island,
Revel, Yes Please, and the recently opened Clubhouse (formerly B.A.D.). Simultaneously, I serve as the MEPFS
(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, and Sanitary) Consultant and Project Manager for notable projects such as
Epic Boracay and The Tides Hotel Boracay.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


·       Manages and supervises all the technical turn-over of all common areas and
equipment as well as all Government Mandated permits and clearances of Tower D as
part of the Management Augmentation Team.
·       Responsible and in charge of the good maintenance of the property and for the
security and property operation of the property
·       Ensure that building equipment is always in good working condition.
·       Ensures the strict implementation of Property Rules and Regulations including fit-
out guidelines and related policies. Review and make amendments to fit out guidelines
and policies when necessary
·       Manage the Billing and Collection staff, Housekeeping, and Engineers in rendering
prompt and efficient service to unit owners and tenants.
·       Allocate work to the whole team on a fair basis and ensures that all such work is
carried out in accordance with the Operations Manager and Director’s instruction.
·       Supervise the daily duties and provide training to staff or new hires to ensure their
performance meets the standard requirements.
·       Anticipate daily management problems. If the problem cannot be solved, will
advise Property Manager and Associate Director at the earliest opportunity.
·       Monitor, control, and organize all on-site staff assigned to the property and be
responsible for the actions of such staff in addition to ensuring that staff rosters and
all holidays are adequately covered.
·       Liaise with all the Property Engineers regularly to ensure sufficient service staff is
maintained at all times with respect to the property.
·       Regularly inspect the property daily and perform regular coordination meetings
with all staff.
·       To monitor operation and facilitate the contract renewals of all on-service
subcontractors. In particular, but not limited to, housekeeping, security, pest control,
STP, and lift contractors that any work contracted is completed as agreed and at the
cost quoted

·       Monitor and control all Purchase Orders (PO), Work Orders (WO), and Requisition
Forms (RF) generated in respect of the property.
·       Provides monthly reports to the Property Manager and Operations Manager.
·       Ensure the renewal of government and other regulatory compliances and its
requirements for the property.
·       Ensure that there is quality control of on-site procedures, staff, and service
providers.
·       Review/monitor the preparation and implementation of building projects.
·       Monitors the housekeeping of the semi-common areas, common areas, and
exterior perimeter of the building.

·       Prepare memos and other kinds of correspondence.
·       Attend meetings with superiors and service contractors.
·       Reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
