Declaration by the Student

(To be filled by the students who have filled the verification form)

1. I __________________________________________________hereby declare that I

have appeared for the final semester/year exams (2023) and I will submit the final mark
sheet and the degree certificate within 15 days of result declaration. I am aware that on
failing to do so, the admission for the course that I have sought for will be cancelled.

OR I already have final results of the bachelor’s degree exam.

2. If my final result is awaited, I declare that my aggregate marks in the previous degree
examination till the last semester examination are___________. If I have not submitted
the mark sheets for these exams, I will do so within a day after my interview for M.Sc.
admission at SSBS. I am aware that on failing to do so, the admission for the course that
I have sought will be cancelled.

3. I understand that 75% attendance is the minimum eligibility required to appear for internal
and external examination at SSBS. I shall be responsible to cover the syllabus missed
during my absence at the institute.

4. I have read the rules of eligibility and I shall be solely responsible for any discrepancy,
error, wrong or incomplete information provided by me. I understand that till such time
eligibility is cleared from the University my admission shall remain provisional at my own
cost and risk.

5. The decision of the University with respect to eligibility shall be final and binding on me.

6. I am aware that the hostel facility is provided only for the first year of M.Sc. and the hostel
fee for the entire year has to be submitted at the beginning of the semester.
