These operating skills introduced here are the most basic. These and other skills will be generally
mastered as operators are deeply familiar with crusher and its technique.
The contents in this instruction are suitable to the condition when it is adapted, the manufacturer
has the right to stop producing some model crusher, change the technical data and product structure
at any time, not only not inform specially but also not assume any responsibility.
At any time,the question about the crusher and its instruction, please consult us, you will obtain
some new and useful information.
Be safety
The safety of the operators and other workers depends on their own carefulness and judgment
ability in the work. The careful operators can ensure the safety and avoid the accident.
Almost every accident mainly results from the insufficient observations and the half-hearted
precaution measurements. To most accidents, if we strength the recognition to the damages, and then
take corresponding precautions measurements, all of these are avoided.
Though we have carefully considered the safety problems when the machine is designed and
manufactured, there is still situation that can not be safe thoroughly in those places where do not
influence to reasonably approach and effectively operate. We have emphasized these situations by
marked black word in the instruction.

The safety record shows that most accidents result from ignoring safety. Do remember at every
moment: safety is the first! Before you doing your work, you must ask clearly manager the rules and
regulations of operation and safety.
Is your dressed keep with the task requirement?
In order to your personal safety, you must know whether need safety cat, safety shoes, safety
glasses, protect eye glasses, protection gloves, protection ear device and so on, and wear the
necessary labor protections.
The clothes can not too large lest been drawn into the machinery inside; you should button your
wristband, wear the necessary labor insurance thing, not only keep warm, but also not restrict your
operation field. The watch and bracelet possibly lead to danger do not put these things which are
easily dropped out.
Do you understand the machinery capacity?

The unprepared machine is not the safe one; please examine carefully when you accept the work.
If you have found the problems, but you also decide to keep the present situation, you should consider
it over and over again. Even the small machinery fault can also lead to personal injury, and equipment
accident.
1. Without approval operators can not to operate.
2. Make sure all guard and protection devices order, safe, without damage.
3. Check the oil conduit system: If the level is normal, and if exist leakage.
4. Check all oil drain plugs, valves, joints and be sure their safe and reliable.
5. Pressure losses produced by the low oil location can lead to serious hydraulic accidents.
6. The one of reasons of crusher shaft block accidents is short of lubricant.
7. Do not absolutely to get higher work pressure by adjusting the safety valve pressure, the
pressure data introduced by the factory is the longest date in the safest situation.
8. Do not absolutely to move the safety measurements freely.
9. Check through the visible fault of the crusher, such as: Leakage, wearing,

Crane
It is as same as other machine, if you want to get the best economic benefit from the crusher,
please do usual and period maintenance to it. To mostly crushers, the worst security violating actions
are insufficient hang ability and the unsafe crane. Though the crusher does not like the revolving part
of motor engine so precise, but the crushing pieces must be installed and uninstalled by the crane. The
crane should have the features of up and down steadily and slow speed. When operating the crane,

Automobile crane
When operating the steam crane, you must operate it in stipulated weight limit in order to avoid
deforming the crane arm or turning over. But weight is on the basic of the crane works on the firm and

Before lifting heavy things, you should make sure there are not obstructions surrounding the hang
things. Make sure the connection between the crane and the heavy thing is reliable.
Welding equipment
Gas cutting gun is one of the most used tools in crusher. When welding and cutting, the crusher
equipped with hydraulic device, should uninstall its all hydraulic parts and cover a fireproof material lid
on it, in order to against fire stars or welding splash broking them.
The belt conveyor
You must not to take the belt as passage. There should have sidewalk beside the belt conveyor,
as an additional safety measurement, you should set handrail along the thoroughfare.
The mobile crushing station
If the station is composed of mobile machines, it is to say to install the crushing and screening
machines on the trailer, then the foundation or frame are very important to manufacture. The machines
should install on the firm and level foundation. Using the crossties to front the trailer, in order to make
its wheels leave the ground according to requirements. Each screw jack is put in the trailer four
corners or their besides, the distance four jacks to the two sides of the corner must be equal.

should use the earmuff device. If the device does not solve the problem, you should consider reducing
the stay time of the workers or repairers that is to shorten of work time.
Though it is not workable from the economic opinion by changing the machine itself to reduce the
noise, many operators have found that building a cheap work room can reduce the noise. In the room,
the operator can see the machine which is working, but the against sound wall, double window and air
conditioner and so on can protect them against noise. The work facility must result in machine working
more effectively and reducing the potential noise damage.
Many operators in factory have found that build an operation tower above equipments, not only
can reduce noise harm, but also can raise the work efficiency.

There are many unexpected matters, such as: power off, suddenly increase feedings, etc., this can
lead to pile. The material hangar is possible potential resource of a serious accident.
In past, if you want to restart crusher, the only method is that workers take out materials in the
crushing cavity.
No wonder, the most dangerous work is eliminating iron block in chamber. It once happened many
serious accidents when doing it, it often make workers disabled.

instead of your dangerous and laborious work
Common maintenance work
Some works have to do when operating, the following is crusher normal operation rules, it appoints
out what you should do, what should not do.
1. You can not do maintenance on operating machine. The work concludes pour lubricating grease
into crusher parts.
2. You can not put your hand or leg on the release cylinder when the crusher is operating. These
release cylinders is utilized to protect the crusher when iron through crusher.
3. You must overhaul these machines according to the period stipulated by the manufacturer. This
overhaul can avoid damage the equipment and hurt workers.
4. Absolutely avoid stone in the crusher splash to their around, the phenomenon is because there
are big stone and pebble and so on. The works must guarantee there is not stone splashing, since
these stone will hurt the workers who pass by.
5. When the crusher is operating, if you do not take any protection measurement, you can’t look
into the cavity.

5.3 Operation
5.3.1 Preparation before the crusher starts up
It is very useful for perennial well-running of crusher to have a benign check-up habit. Not only
restart depending on memory and the normal maintain once, but also do follow work before starting
and making exact note is needed to prolong life-span of crusher.
Preparation needed before the crusher starts up is as follows:
1.Firstly, check up whether the lubrication oil is correctly used and whether the lubrication system
is correctly installed.

2.Open the oil box and Check up whether the oil in the circling tube is circling. The oil drained
should account for half of total pipe at least, when it is running
3.At last, check up whether there are some appliances, facility obstacles and leak-oil in the
crusher, all the tie-in and fasten part have been tightened, and if exist factors disturbing start-up of the
crusher.
4.Turning the countershaft and check up whether the mantle and concave intervene in each other
and other obstacles.
5.Start up the crusher according to the procedure after all those check-up above.
The rotate speed of countershaft
The rotate speed of countershaft is very important to a normally running crusher. The size of
driven wheel is designed according to situation of full load. So, the rotate speed of countershaft without
load is a little higher than full load. It has been proved: when the countershaft is running at correct
rotate speed, we can get the most output and the even granularity of output.
The direction of the countershaft
The amount of crushed-stuff and the times of the stuff passing through the crusher are determined
by the rotate speed of countershaft. If the crusher can’t run at design speed, you must let crusher
run at a higher speed(within 5% more than designed speed) because the cumulate stuff in crusher
can lead crusher anchoring if the rotate speed of countershaft is very lower than design speed.
The direction of the countershaft is counter-clockwise.

Basic condition
The thin oil lubricating equipment, uses the gear pump, the actuating medium viscosity rank is N22
~ N220, the chiller cooling capacity is when enters the oil temperature is 50 ℃, lubricating oil
temperature reduce 5 ~ 8 ℃.
a Equipment composition
The oil lubrication system is mainly composed of fuel tank, the electric heater, the oil pump
installment, the filter, the cooler, the oil discharge magnetism (grid) the net filtrating equipment, the oil
stream receiver, the function valve (cone-way valve, safety valve, switch valve) and the pipeline,
controls the part (pressure controller, differential pressure controller, temperature controller, fluid

b Principle of work
When at work, the ration pump oil from the fuel tank, the absorbed oil increased pressure by ration
pump, and then through one-way valve, flitter, water-cooler, functional valve and pipe sent to the
lubrication part. After the liquid oil lubricating and cooling the lubrication part then along the pipe
enter the oil tank, the oil in the oil tank is flittered then enters into the next cycle.
c Part function
1. Fuel tank
The fuel tank main function is gathers oil, but also concurrently makes radiation and precipitation.
2. Heater
The heater’s function is heating up oil in tank, when in the fuel tank oil temperature is lower than
the lower limit value, the electric heater automatically carries on heats up, in the heating process the
oil pump cannot start. When the in the fuel tank oil temperature reach upper limiting value, the electric
heater automatically stops.
3. The oil pump installs
The thin oil lubricating equipment has a table oil pump-unit, extracts the lubricating oil from the
fuel tank, and transports oil to lubrication part.
4. Filter
When the work filter element pressure achieved the definite value, the differential pressure
controller sends out alarm, the filter element can be allowed to disassemble and clean.
5. cooler
Cooler function’s is cool down oil, when oil temperature reached 35 degrees. Artificially adjust the
cooling valve opening, then cooling the oil.
6. Oil discharge magnetism (grid) net filter equipment
The oil discharge magnetism (grid) the net filtrating equipment is installed in the discharge cavity
of fuel tank, the main function is filter for ferromagnetism which returns from crusher.
7. Safety value
Its function is to insure the highest working pressure isn’t over the setting number, when the
system pressure reaching this setting value, safety value opened, liquid oil flow into box.
8. Oil stream receiver ⑨
The oil stream receiver’s function is that it can observe the condition of flowing oil and it can sent
out signals about shorting of oil or cut off oil ,thereby realize monitor or control from long distance .
9. Meter
The measuring appliance function is in the display system the different spot temperature, the
pressure, the fluid position value; in order to direct-viewing know the system condition.
10. Control component and electric control cabinet.
The measuring appliance’s function is checking the system‘s temperature pressure
Differential pressure, fluid position and Parameter so on,
When reaching the setting value, sent out information to the electronic control cabinet, then the
main component of the electronic control work make out alarming signal .the function of electronic
control cabinet is to communicate between the operation of system component and the electronic

f5. Hydraulic station controller by shop "to promote pull cylinder backward" button to promote
cylinder fork retreat;
f6. If demand to adjusting closed setting, manually rotating cylinder to promote, promote cylinder
fork contacts adjustment cap reinforcement plate, repeat f.3. f4 process;
f7. Lock key tightly
f8. Make manual / automatic switch to "automatic" block.

6 Breakdown analysis

3. When pressure is lower, or oil currency is lower, or the temperature of oil is higher, KA4 closed
contact open, crusher stop work, SD2 red light bright,
4. When the crusher is overloading, the crusher hot relay FR1 closed contact will open, the reliefed
jcontact will close, the crusher dose not work, meanwhile the red light of the sd2 is bright . outside alert
light alarm.
In the main engine a KM3 auxiliary contact (101-103) directs to terminal, (provides main crusher
work signal) for the external circuit interconnection.

If there have breakdown in operating, you should first shut off two times control loop circuit power,
then shut off one time QF of control loop circuit power source. And after confirm safe correct, carry on
