(AFOCH) - Abu Dhabi, UAE
Post Contract service for the project involves refurbishment and redevelopment
of the Armed Forces Club & Hotel, located at Khor Al Maqta area in Abu Dhabi.
Under the contract, the main building’s central hub, east and west wings will
undergo a refurbishment along with the construction of new facilities within the
club and hotel grounds. These will include a catering area, banquet hall, sports
hub, retail and food & beverage village, beach villas, and a beach club with pool
associated with external works and infrastructure. Value - AED 500 million, 2019
to 2021.
April 2015 – April 2019: Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

 Zulal Destination Spa & Family Resort, Hospitality, Al Mafiar, Qatar
Pre & Post Contract service for a scheme covering approximate 25,000m2 of resort
and spa use GFA. The proposed Works comprise of the Design and Construction of
a Destination Spa, consisting of 60 keys, an adjacent 5 Star Family Resort hotel,
consisting of 120 keys, associated external works, and infrastructure. A key feature
of this development is the central lagoon, which is approximately 45,000m2 in the
area and extensive landscaped areas. Value - QR 600 million, 2014 to 2017.
 Qatar Economic Zone1 Ras Bufontas, Commercial, Ras Bufontas, Qatar
Pre-Contract service for a scheme covering approximate 92,000m2 of commercial
offices. The proposed Works comprise of the design and construction of shell &
core commercial and retail buildings, built on top of a two-level basement
providing car parking and plant space, associated external works and
infrastructure. Value QR 600 million, 2016.

Pre-Contract service for a residential development (284no. apartments - a mixture
of 1, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments) in 3 residential towers, which includes retail
units, a kindergarten facility, two levels of basement car parking, 3 levels of podium
car parking, associated services and external works. The project has a total Built-
up Area of 103,126m2 and a total Gross Internal Floor Area of 93,023m2. Value -
QR 533 million, 2016.
February 2013 – April 2015: Assistant Cost Manager

 Local roads and drainage programme C2 Projects, Qatar
Pre-Contract service for the above transport and logistics framework providing cost
consultation services to Hyder Consulting Group. Local Roads and Drainage
Programme is a major infrastructure project in Qatar, which will lead to the
development of infrastructure, raising the standard of living for the citizens and
residents of the State of Qatar. The programme consists of approximately 225
individual projects. In the above period, responsibilities included preparation of
cost plan, bill of quantities, tender documentation, unit rate analysis,
measurement in accordance with CESMM3 and producing pre-tender estimates.

Responsibilities included
