 PETROFAC INTERNATIONAL CO.
Worked with AGIP KCO Through Petrofac International Co. as an Instrument Supervisor at the site
KASHAGAN DEVELOPMENT EXPERIMENTAL PROJECT- ATYRAU (KAZAKHSTAN).
From 22, Nov, 2006 to till continue.
Responsibilities: 1.Supervise the EPC contractors and sub contractors during the detailed engineering
phase and construction activities, for all field instrument activities.
2. Act as a primary responsible for field instrument standardization. Checks the preparation, issue and
implementation of detailed engineering documents. Including contractor drawings, calculation notes
and data sheets.
3. Participate to the review of the P&IDs, instrument index, process hookups, cable schedule,
instrument layout drawings etc.
4. Asses the acceptability of the deviation / Relaxation request by contractor and provides
recommendations on this matter to the engineering manager.
5. Conduct all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all time by not
taking on any task that is perceived as unsafe. Compile with the HSE management and report all
incident and near miss to the supervisor or HSE representative.

 TECHNICAS REUNIDAS GULF ( TRG )

DHT COMPEX PROJECT YANBU.
Worked with TECHNICAS REUNIDAS GULF(TRG) through S.A.KENT as an instrumentation
Engineer at the site DHT Complex Project, Yanbu Refinery (ARAMCO) from 5th, Aug 2005 to
25,May 2006.
Responsibilities: 1. Assignment in engineering Department to solve the all engineering issue at the
site such as drawing revision, technical queries, updating data base etc.
2. prepare and submition of all pressure relief valve turn over package as per Aramco Standard for the
approval of proponent.
3.Revised and As-built all types of drawings such as Process hook-ups, P&ID, ISS, and Termination
Drawings as per site condition. Prepare and issue new ISS for vendor’s instrument as required.

Worked with SBG-PCM through Mazco-Sepam as an instrumentation Engineer (construction) at the
site Jubail United Petrochemical Company (JUPC, KSA) from 2nd Aug 2004 to 26th Feb 2005 based
on DCS system.
Responsibilities:
Supervise construction contractor’s activities at the site and co-ordinate with client for construction,
loop checking, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

 Mazco-Sepam Co.
Worked with Mazco-sepam co as a QA/QC Engineer (Instrumentation) at the site JUPC (KSA)
from 25th June 2003 to 30th April 2004 based on DCS system.
Responsibilities: 1. Performed as lead quality auditor and conducts internal quality audits on
company’s functional support to department & construction Project site as per ISO 9000 quality
system.
2. Co-ordination and corresponding with clients for Project inspection unit and stage wise activities
for witness/ hold points.
3. Execution of installation inspection and test plan for each phase of Electrical and Instrumentation
activities, arranging inspection with client for final inspection and acceptance.

 Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd – Bechtel Consortium

Worked with MHI-Bechtel through Mazco-Sepam as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer at
the site Ghazlan II Thermal Power Plant Project (4X600MW) Ghazlan, KSA for its construction
activities till commissioning. from 21 st May 2001 to 30th April 2003 based on Bailey Control
Microprocessor System.
Responsibilities: 1.Function test of BAILEY INFI 90’S Distributed Control and Information
System for Desalination plant, Input/Output Module failure simulation, DCIS Redundancy test,
Voltage verification, panel Utility failure simulation and system short circuit test.
2. Function test of DIASYS-UP System by MHI for main turbine (DEHC) and Boiler Feed Pump
Turbine (BFPT) System, Input/Output test, System failure test, Simulation, and Voltage verification.
3. Supervise a team of loop checkers through monitoring DCIS at the Control Room.
4. Prepares Turn-over Package documents which consists of all engineering and construction
discipline such as As-Built, Test Report, Punch List, Vendor Drawing and other related documents.

 Daelim Engineering & Const. Co.

Worked with Daelim through Mazco-Sepam Co. as a Commissioning Engineer at the site
Petrokemya Olefins III Project Al-Jubail, KSA from 10 th May, 2000 to 30th Dec 2000 based on DCS
system.
Responsibilities: 1. Duties included preparing system Construction turn over documentation for
construction turn over and System Commissioning Package in support of plant start-up.
2. Performed functional control operation of the Open/Close loop control such as control facilities,
interlocking and Preventive condition, Trouble shoot, Repair at the board and components level.
Equipment is digital logic and microprocessor oriented such as Remote Programmable Controller
and Distributed Control System.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. (A.M.C)

Worked with MHI through Mazco-Sepam Co. as a QA/QC Engineer (instrumentation) at the site
Yanbu Expansion Project Yanpet Yanbu, KSA for its commissioning activities from 15 th Feb 2000
to 30th April, 2000 based on DCS system.
Responsibilities: 1. Involved in inspection of instrument installation, cable meggaring & continuity
test and final commissioning of instrument.
2. Assist to prepare review and updating of company’s quality control manual & operating
procedures in accordance with the ISO 9000 quality system.

 Saudi Binladin Group-PCM

Worked with SBG-PCM through Mazco-Sepam Co. as an Inst. Supervisor at the site SASREF-
OPC Al-Jubail, KSA for its shut-down activities from 30 th Oct 1999 to 21st Nov 1999 based on DCS
system.
Responsibilities: 1.Supevise and in charge of all types instrument dismantling and cable
disconnecting during shut-down period.

Worked with ZAMMR as an Instrument Engineer for its construction Project: at the site Yanbu
Expansion Yanpet Yanbu, KSA from 13th Dec 1998 to 15th Oct, 1999.
Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for preparing all construction activities such as installation of
instruments, calibration, cabling, and impulse tubing.
2. Assist and co-ordinate with client for the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
