2. Review
Write the synonyms of the given words.

Synonyms are pairs of words that have the same meaning.
3. Presentation of the objective.
Identify and use antonyms correctly.
Note: Go back to the song “Ako si Takuri” and ask a question, “Unsa man
ang gidak-on sa takuri?”(gamay ug dako)
4. Motivation
Ask the pupils:
Do you have friends?
Do you love your friends?
How are you alike? Different from each other

B. Lesson Proper
1. Modelling (I Do)
Presentation
(Teacher reads a poem to the pupils. Then the class will read the poem
together and ask some volunteers to read it. )

Managlahi man ang gusto nila Ana ug Elsa, apan suod gihapon sila nga
managhigala.Ang mga suhingpulong nga makita sa balak mao ang
bugnaw- init ug dagko-gagmay. Gitawag og suhingpulong ang pares
sa pulong nga magkaatbang ang kahulugan o buot ipasabot.
b. Game
1. The pupil who will be selected from a spinner (roleta) will pick-up
a paper. In it is written an instruction of what to do.

a. Watermelon Group:
Magdibuho og hulagway nga magkaatbang ang kahulugan sa
gipakita sa Lumbay A. Kolori kini.
b. Banana Group.
Pilia ang hustong suhingpulong nga mohaom sa kanta. Isulat ang
tubag sa blangko. Kantahon sa atubangan sa klase ang kanta.
c. Papaya Group:
Isulat ang insaktong suhingpulong sa matag hulagway.
After each group’s presentation, checking and giving of points will be
done according to the rubric given.
C. Generalization
Gitawag og suhingpulong ang pares sa pulong nga magkaatbang ang
kahulugan.
