This is a Security Claim of Commercial Lien (Title 15 Code of the United States) and Conditional Acceptance.
This claim is tendered for the purpose of remedy and relief for the claimant. This is a Commercial Lien and is
not a Lis Pendens-Lien.
This Claim of Commercial Lien and Conditional Acceptance is registered as a matter of public record against
Lien-Debtor(s) in concert with a properly executed private contract under commercial law as a voluntary lien
based on consensual actions by knowledgeable execution of contract (explained herein).

Lien-Claimant hereby records and gives Public Notice of the attached Security Agreement- abstract. Any Party
initiating commercial activates with the Lien-Debtor is hereby given Claim of Lien-Claimant’s prior perfected
claim. A copy of the full Security-Agreement may be obtained by contacting the Lien-Claimant.
A Notice of Claim of Commercial Lien has been served certified mail, return receipt requested on the Lien-
Debtor(s). This Claim of Lien is in the amount of One-hundred-ten million and no cents (110,000,000.00)
Dollars in the money of the account or in lieu of the money of account in Federal Reserve-Notes or a Bank-
Draft of the United-States Dollars of whatever currency is prescribed as lawful currency in satisfaction of all
debts, whether Public or Private in the County in which this Claim of Lien is filed, or such amount and upon
such property as the Security-Agreement as amended shall indicate. But in any event shall be against all
Personal, Real, and Moveable Property of the Lien- Debtor wherever it may be found.
This Claim of Lien is filed pursuant to the Fundamental Commercial Law that has existed for nearly 4,000
years: “The ability to place a lien upon a man’s property, such as to temporarily deprive him of its beneficial
use, without any judicial determination of probable cause, dates back not only to medieval England but also to
Roman times.” United States Supreme Court, 1968, Sniadach v. family Finance Corp., 395 U.S. 337,349.
This Claim of Lien is filed against First-M: family of Last, Lien-Debtor, in order to prevent evasion of financial
liability and to prevent attachment for the satisfaction of suits, liens, and or threatened financial harm.
