DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

- The project is located at Saudi Arabia.
- This model/project consists of villa building consisting of 2 stories with
overall height 03.8m

- The structural system consists of reinforced concrete columns

- and share wall.
- The material with type C35mpa (Fc’=28 Mpa) is used through the structure
from the foundations system to columns and also floor system.
- The rebar material with Fy=400 Mpa is used through the structure parts.

Chapter 1 MATERIAL PROPERTIES

1.1. Rebar material:

- Rebar material properties should be as follow

Fy=400 Mpa
Fu=600 Mpa
Fye = 440 Mpa
Fue = 660 Mpa

2
1.2. Reinforced concrete material
- The reinforced concrete material should have Fc’=28 Mpa with the following
properties.

Chapter 2 SECTIONS PARAMETERS

2.1. COLUMNS
- Columns have sections of 40x40 cm
- Shown the columns schedule with corresponding reinforcement

4
2.2. BEAMS
- Beams connecting columns have sections 20x60 & 40x60

5
Chapter 3 LOADS

3.1. DEAD LOADS (FLOOR)

- Super imposed dead loads are taken 0.15 T/m2 including covering materials .

6
3.2. LIVE LOADS
- The live loads used not exceed 400 kg/m2 for office buildings.

7
3.3. DEAD LOADS (BEAM)
- Super imposed dead loads are taken 0.7/1.25 T/m including wall load .
