Subject: Request for Permission to Plant Trees as Part of Encouraging an

Eco-Friendly Society

Dear Management,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. My names are Asu,
Ekiye Peters and I am a passionate member of the Aloe Green Society. I am
writing to seek permission from Lead British International School to undertake a
tree-planting initiative on Lead British International School's premises, as part of
our ongoing efforts to promote an eco-friendly society.

The Aloe Green Society is a dedicated group of environmentally conscious

individuals who aim to raise awareness about the importance of environmental
preservation and sustainable practices. We strongly believe that planting trees is a
significant step towards creating a greener and healthier future for our community.
Our proposed tree-planting initiative aims to achieve several objectives:

1. Environmental Impact: Trees play a crucial role in mitigating climate change

by absorbing carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen. By planting trees on Lead
British International School's premises, we aim to contribute to the reduction of
greenhouse gases and improve air quality.
2. Educational Opportunities: We envision this initiative as an educational
opportunity for Lead British International School's staff/management. By involving
them in the planting process and providing information about the environmental
benefits, we hope to inspire a sense of responsibility and environmental
stewardship.
3. Beautification: Planting trees will enhance the aesthetic appeal of Lead
British International School's premises, creating a more pleasant and serene
environment for everyone to enjoy.

To ensure a successful implementation of this initiative, we have developed a

detailed plan which includes the following steps:
1. Tree Selection: Our team of experts will carefully select native tree species
that are well-suited to the local climate and soil conditions.
2. Site Evaluation: We would appreciate the opportunity to survey Lead British
International School's premises to determine the most suitable locations for tree
planting, while considering factors such as safety, space availability, and optimal
growth conditions.
3. Maintenance and Care: The Aloe Green Society is committed to ensuring the
long-term survival and health of the planted trees. We will be responsible for
regular maintenance, including watering, mulching, and pruning, in coordination
with Lead British International School's designated personnel.
4. Collaborative Effort: We propose a collaborative effort between the Aloe
Green Society and Lead British International School. We would be grateful for
your guidance and support throughout the process, including any necessary
permissions, assistance with logistics, and involvement of interested
members/staff.

We kindly request your permission to proceed with this tree-planting initiative on

Lead British International School's premises. We assure you that we will strictly
adhere to any guidelines or restrictions set forth by Lead British International
School regarding the project.

By partnering with the Aloe Green Society, Lead British International School will
not only demonstrate its commitment to environmental sustainability but also
inspire and educate its staff about the importance of preserving our planet for
future generations.
We are available at your convenience to discuss this proposal further and address
any questions or concerns you may have. We eagerly look forward to the
opportunity to collaborate with Lead British International School in creating a
greener and more eco-friendly society.
Thank you for considering our request. Your support in this endeavor would be
greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Asu, Ekiye Peters
