KIM & MICHELLE: Good day everyone and welcome to the Division Festival of Talents;
Population Development (Pop Quiz) for School Year 2022-2023.

KIM: Today, we are having brilliant students in different schools here in the
Division of Sta. Rosa who will compete in a Population Development Quiz or
Pop Quiz Competition.

MICHELLE: To formally start our program, may we all rise as we sing with pride the
Philippine National Anthem, to be followed by a prayer, Santa Rosa Hymn
and DepEd Santa Rosa Hymn.

KIM: At this juncture, may I call on our Quiz Master, Mr. Jayvee Alvarez of Tagapo
Elementary School for the acknowledgement of participants.

KIM: Thank you Sir Jayvee for that acknowledgement.

MICHELLE: Nothing can be more heartwarming than affectionate words of welcome. To

formally welcome us, let us lend our ears to our Curriculum Implementation
Division Chief, Dr. Luhinia M. Ofren (via recorded video)

MICHELLE: Thank you Ma’am Ofren for that words of hospitality and humility.

KIM: And now, to warm our hearts with words of inspiration, may we listen to our

MICHELLE: We are so lucky to have her today. To deliver her message, let us all
welcome our City Mayor, Hon. Arlene B. Arcillas.

MICHELLE: Thank you Mayor Arlene for gracing us with your presence and your words
of wisdom.

KIM: To give us fruitful message, we would like to invite here at the stage, our
City Vice Mayor, Hon. Arnold B. Arcillas.
