PH ZERO LOSS JOURNEY (CASH)

Our vision is to deliver 40% Cash reduction and 70% UPI reduction in the next 3 years, in the process of freeing up $9MM of Cash ($3MM
YoY). We will deliver these results via: ZERO project – (1) Zoom through S-curve innovations (2) Eliminate UPI (3) Resiliency of
supply chain and (3) Ops Strat synchronization.
