NOTE/ DEVIATION

1. We supply only fans . Installation, testing,Lifting , shifting, commissioning not in Kruger's scope.
2. Dry Scruber,VSD Starter ,Coil Unit, MCB,Cables ,Damper,Canvass connection ,Fire alarm system ,Speed regulator ,Starter ,panel , Hydrogen sensor ,fire retardant flexible connectors ,Flexible connection, GI wire mesh, Louvers ,
Rain protection Cowl Piece ,marine light and limit swicth ,Scrubber,Dampers etc. are not in kruger's scope.
3. Kindly refer our scope of supply .
4. Construction of fan shall be as per Kruger's design standards including thickness of fan.
5. Dampers not in kruger scope.
6. Protection net at one side will bre provided for axial fans.
7. Axial fans are quoted with MS Casing with Pr-12 coating.

8. The noise level in the performance curve is based on the laboratory test conditions.
The actual noise level at site will depend upon the site conditions like echo noise, reverberant noise, other noises like moving car, other running equipment’s. Due to these factors, the actual noise level will tend to vary as compared to the data in the submitted fan performance curve.”

Scope of supply:
TDA Series :- Direct driven Tube Axial fan.
The price quoted in above TDA series fan is inclusive of MS Tube casing ,
Impeller, Class 'F' Insulation Motor for normal mode & Class 'H' Insulation Motor for Fire mode,Vibration Isolator & Mounting Arrangement only.
It does not include any other Accessories.
IJB Series :- Jet fan. The Jet fans are Rated for 300 Deg. C @ 2 Hrs.
The price quoted in IJB series fan is inclusive of GSS Tube casing , Aluminium impeller,
Special Motor rated for High Temperature (300 deg C @ 2 Hrs), Inlet-Outlet Attenuators,
Inlet-Outlet Protection Net & Mounting Feet arrangement only. It does not include any other Accessories.

1. Prices quoted are based on Ex-Factory Kalamgaon - Maharashtra.
2. GST extra - 18 %
3. Delivery Lotwise: 8-10 weeks from the date of reciept of PO or manufacturing clearance whichever is later.
4. Transportation -To pay
5. Payment term - 100% advance along with PO.
Terms & Conditions of Sales
1. Price : Ex factory,Kalamgaon Maharashtra
2. Price validity : Till 30 Days.
3.Taxes , Transportation based on Current Tax Structure & Market Condition. Any Variation to your account at time of Dispatch.
4. We do not underatake installation and commissioning of the fans.
5. Unloading of the material at site will not be in our scope.

Warranty : Terms & Conditions

1. Kruger Ventilation Industries warant this equipment to be free from defects in matarial and workmanship for one year
from the date of shipment.
2. Any units or parts which prove to be defective and are reported during the waranty period will be replaced, exclusive of labour,
at our option when return to our factory, transportation prepaid.
3. Detoriation or wear caused by heat, abrasive action, chemicals, improper installation, operation or lack of normal maintenance
shall not constitute defect, and are not covered by warranty.
4. Kruger will not be responsible for any instalation, removal or reinstalation costs, consequential damage or
any unauthorised back charges.

Terms and condition for site assembly

1. In case if customer wants the fan to be assembled at site then charges for that shall be extra.
2. The necessary Electrical & pneumatic connection at the assembly area shall be provided by customer.
3. The necessary material shifting till the assembly area shall be arranged by customer.
4. Customer shall provided 3-4 unskilled workers for material handling during assembly.
5. The assembly of fans shall require 10-15 working days. After assembly of fans, if any changes need to be made,
the same shall be carried out on chargeable basis. Charges for same shall be decided based on complexity of work.
