The 2nd Session of the year and 1st Session for the month of February 2020 of the Sangguniang
Kabataan was opened by SK Chairman Lorraine Gañas at exactly 3:15 p.m., after the opening
prayer led by SK Secretary Michael Jack Javonillo.

The SK Chairman asked the SK Secretary to proceed with the Roll Call of those present in the
session and declared that the session has a quorum with 50% attendance for its 2 nd Session of the
year.

After the declaration of the presence of a quorum, the SK Chairman called the session to order
and the session of the Sangguniang Kabataan formally started by adopting the following agenda
for discussions / deliberations, to wit:

On the first list of items on the agenda, SK Chairman Lorraine Gañas reiterate the
Internal Rules and Procedure for Sangguniang Kabataan-Barangay Fairview, Roles and Function
as SK. This was seconded by SK Kagawad Amie Rose Perante. She informed the SK Council
that there such suspension or removal is final if absence from the regular SK meetings without
valid cause for two (2) consecutive meetings or accumulated absences of four (4) days within a
period of twelve (12) months. Valid cause includes, but is not limited to, illness as certified by a
public health officer; natural or human-induced disaster; and attendance to trainings, seminars,
workshops related to her/his duties and functions as SK official.

SK Chairman Lorraine Gañas reiterate also the duty for the continuous project
“ASSIGNMENT MO, PROJECT MO, LIBRENG PRINT HATID KO” a Free Printing Service.
Friday Officer will be SK Kagawad Clariza Mae Pateño, SK Kagawad Lovely Sanico and SK
Secretary Michael Jack Javonillo, and for the Saturday Officer will be SK Kagawad Amie Rose
Perante, SK Kagawad Benjamin Mendoza V, SK Treasurer Roberto Bustamante and SK
Kagawad Jubileen Castillo.

SK Chairman Lorraine Gañas wants to proceed on the Invitation for Collaboration of

Parish Youth Ministry with the SK Council. She also added that there’s a Young Professional’s
Kwentuhan (YAPIHAN) on February 29, 2020 at 7 o’clock in the evening.

SK Chairman Lorraine Gañas asks the council for any suggestions, comments or
concerns.

During the session, no other question or concerns were raised.

SK Secretary Michael Jack Javonillo proceeds with the wrap-up of the meeting and asks
the body if there are any urgent concerns. Make sure to coordinate with SK Chairman Lorraine
for possible changes or concern. SK Chairman Lorraine asks who wants to move the session on
adjournment. SK Kagawad Lovely Sanico responded to the motion to adjourn the session, which
was seconded by SK Kagawad Amie Rose Perante.
