1.PROJECT NAME: YARA Role: SAP.SD Functional Consultant (Supporting)

Client Profile:

Yara International ASA is a global firm specializing in agricultural products and environmental protection
agents. As the world’s largest supplier of mineral fertilizers, Yara helps provide food and renewable energy for
a growing world population. The Oslo-based company has more than 8,000 employees. IBM is involved with
Yara Yellow SAP AMS/RFS projects. The AMS involves ongoing support of the SAP applications used by Yara
with ticketing tools and agreed SLA while the RFS takes care of the new roll outs and implementations. Yara
uses various SAP Modules to achieve the Business integration via ERP functionalities

Roles & responsibilities:

Project Overview

YARA has sold their CO2 Business to PRAXAIR and IBM helped them with the technical carve out of the
systems. Yara has decided to sell its European CO2-business to Praxair. The CO2 Carve-out project needs to
separate the IT elements that are included in the sale from Yara, and hand them over to Praxair.

Roles & responsibilities:

 Configuration of enterprise structure and other configurations based on the design documents.
 Creating the test scripts and execution of the test scripts.
 Resolving the issues reported by the users during the UAT process.

3. PROJECT NAME: Dallol Project (Implementation Project)

Project Overview:

Creation of both Yara Dallol B.V. and the Ethiopian Branch (Yara Dallol B.V. Ethiopian Branch) as Company
Codes although it is not full separate legal entities

YSAP implementation for their new plant/mine in Ethiopia (Dallol). The project was more important from the
Business perspective from the nature and location perspective. Yara is venturing in South Africa and IBM is
partnering with them in the success story.

Overview:-
AP and AR posting is done with respect to invoice in sap system only. As a part of this project change, the AP
posting will be done for the S4 customers and the details of the same will be sent to PulpERP / CFIN system via
new output type in form of idoc once the invoice is created.
There is need to issue an error message in fiori tool ,if required posting data is not maintained in sap system.
Also for the S4 customer, which are in AP scope no AP approval is needed.
External attachments (notes) saved in pdf format behind the sales order should be sent as an idoc attachment.
Invoice copy (pdf behind billing document) should be sent as an idoc attachment to CFIN/PulpERP
Responsibilities:
