Jiangsu Nari Power Electric Co., Ltd is a holding enterprise of SGEPRI, which is located at
Jiangning Scientific Park of Nanjing with an area of 470 Mu and total construction area of
68,000m2. It is dedicated in the research and development, production, sales and project
services of high, medium and low-voltage power transmission and distribution complete
equipment. The company passed ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system, ISO14001:

Laboratory Introduction
The company has an experimental centers approved
by China and the detection and test capacity of various
delivery tests of products and some type tests, including
mechanical characteristic test and analysis of breaker,
circuit resistance measurement, power-frequency
withstand voltage test below 150kV, partial discharge
detection, lightening impulse withstand voltage test

Part III Product Portfolios VEP medium-voltage solid-sealed vacuum circuit breaker is the latest medium-voltage solid-
sealed vacuum circuit breaker jointly developed by experts from China and Germany and
as well as the medium-voltage solid-sealed vacuum circuit breaker with the most complete
product series and specifications in the world at resent. Its rated voltage is 12-40.5kV and rated
current is 630-4000A.

The polar pole of VEP medium-voltage vacuum circuit breaker directly seals the miniaturization

field formed by special contact structure, it is characterized by high breaking capacity, small
cut-off current value (average value is 2-3A) and high insulation restoring speed. Thanks to
this special contact structure form and contact processing technology, the electric field in the
vacuum arc extinguish chamber can be optimized and improved to meet the minimization
required for the process of solid-sealed polar pole.

have been lubricated with special grease and adjusted and have a long perversion period, so it

Detailed Description:
The switch cabinet has three fully metal-sealed high-voltage compartments, each independent
from the others to limit the accident to the minimum. The low-voltage compartments are
completely sealed with metal and re independent from the high-voltage compartments to
guarantee reliable action of relay protection.
The shell of the switch cabinet is spliced by imported aluminum and zinc-laid steel plate
through double-layer bending and complete bolts, so the switch cabinet has strong corrosion
resistance and sufficient mechanical strength. The bus is covered with thermal shrinkage
material with high insulativity and provided with optimized electric polar shape to improve the
electric field distribution in the cabinet and realize the minimization of switch cabinet.
The grounding switch is operated through gear without adjustment; the movement is accurate
and operation can save labor. Mechanical interlocking with patent technology is adopted for
the grounding switch and rear door to guarantee the reliability of interlocking mechanism on
the basis of guaranteeing the safety distance.
Sleeve-type patent technology is adopted for the valve mechanism of the circuit breaker
and the valve moves smoothly absolutely without clamping to strengthen the coordination of
mechanical movement and avoid mechanical failure.
The heater to expel the moisture in the cabinet if of flat structure with a long service life and it
guarantees that operation environment in the cabinet is in accordance with the requirements
in coordination with the wet temperature controller to make the insulation reliable and prevent
the metal components from being corroded.
There are comprehensive wrong operation prevention measures and reliable mechanical
interlock is installed to meet the requirements of “five preventions”, including preventing pulling
