Unlimited within 3 consecutive days:

 800-900 g of potatoes ( weighed before preparing), boiled, grilled on


oven (in which we can add spices to taste);

 Unlimited quantities of raw vegetables: tomatoes, lettuce (curly salad,


chinese etc), arugula, cucumber, radishes, cabbage (brussels sprouts,
red, kale etc), peppers, bell peppers, pimiento peppers or chili,
cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, green beans, spinach (baby
spinach), ramsons, nettles, okra, kohlrabi, onions, garlic, asparagus,
bamboo, seaweed, artichokes, leeks, endive, austin (valerian), loboda,
stevie, fennel, eggplant, white root vegetables (parsnip, parsley, celery,
horseradish, etc) plus all the aromatic herbs : dill, lovage, parsley, basil,
tarragon, bay leaf, oregano, thyme, capers, rhubarb etc and all the
spices: salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, hot/sweet cinnamon, curry, ginger
etc.

Pickles can be consume in salt or vinegar.


Banned: milk meat, fish, seafood, vegetables cooked
