1) Why do you want to work for this company? Why are you interested in this job?
Well there are several reasons for this question , By working in this company alongside with
experienced professionals and being exposed to diverse projects, I can expand my knowledge, gain
new skills, and broaden my horizons. I am interested in this job because I am having experience
and great knowledge about software engineering.
2) Have you done this kind of work before?
Yes I have worked as I mentioned before from the past four years I am working as software
engineer in Micromax company.
3) What kind of training or qualifications do you have?
Well I have Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) certification certified by ISEB
and also programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
4) Tell me about yourself. Why should we hire you?
I have degree in computer system technician from Chitkara university Patiala and I have been
working in this field form past few years. You should hire me because I have great knowledge and
experience by working in this field.
5) What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time I like listening music especially Sidhu moosewala because I always got motivation
by listening his songs and I also like to spend my spare time by reading books.
6) What do you think of working in a group?
I like working in group because it increases productivity , efficiency and accuracy of work.
7) How do you react to instruction and criticism?
Reacting to instructions and criticism in a constructive and positive manner is crucial for us. For
me When I receive instructions or criticism, I always give full attention and listen carefully to what
is being said. I avoid interrupting or becoming defensive.
8) With the kind of work experience you have had, do you think this job would bore you?
I am having experience in software related jobs till now and I am having great experience in till
now working in this field , No I don’t think this job will bore me because I am used to of this job.
9) Why did you choose this line of work?
I choosed this line of work due to my study , As I have studied computer system technician .
10) How well do you work under pressure or tight deadlines?
Working under pressure can be challenging, but it's possible to develop a positive mindset and
effective strategies to thrive in such situations . I personally like working under pressure because I
like challenges.
11) How often were you absent from work in your last job? Have you every had any serious illness
or injuries? Do you have any health problems?
Very often I took leave from my last work , I just took 3-5 leaves in 4 years that too in family
functions . No by grace of god I don’t had any injury in my last job and I am not having any health
issues.
12) Have you ever been fired or quit a job?
Yes I have left my last job due to family issues but I have been never fired from any job.
13) Why haven't you worked recently?
Because after quitting my last job till now I am looking for a job.
14) What are your long-term goals or career plans?
My long-term plans in this field are becoming a team lead, project manager, or engineering
manager.
15) What do you feel are your greatest strengths?
My Greatest strengths are being efficient, time respective , critical thinking and flexibility.

I think my biggest weakness is I am soft hearted .

My last employer was overall good , as his behavior towards employees was very nice and moreover
he was friendly with all of us.

I liked my last job it was a white collar job.

As I already mentioned I left my last job due to family issues.

As I have worked as software engineer my machines were only computers.

I am looking for 60-70 k . I believe that’s the range this company pays for my level of employment,
and it’s a range I’m comfortable with.

I know most of the guidelines and policies like holiday policy, behavior guidelines etc
