3257098 - eSocial - S-1200 - Update of events in 2.5 layout version

Symptom
You run the eSocial: Gerador eventos periódicos (RPC_PAYBR_EFD_PAY_GENERATOR) report to update an S-1200 - Remuneração de trabalhador vinculado ao Regime
Geral de Previd. Social (Employee remuneration from Social Security General Regime) event saved in eSocial 2.5 (02050R) layout version.

However, the system doesn't generate any event.

Example:

Consider you have an employee working in December, 2021 payroll period. This employee has the following payroll calculated:

Consider the employee has the following S-1200 events:

The Valores de cliente para opções de configuração (V_T5F99K2) view is configured as follows:

Since May 22, 2022 the government doesn’t accept events in the 2.5 layout version.

Thus, to send the S-1200 events identified as 1001 and 1002 to the government, their layout version needs to be updated.

You run RPC_PAYBR_EFD_PAY_GENERATOR report and the events with 1001 and 1002 IDs are not updated.

Reason and Prerequisites

You need to update an event that is saved but not accepted in the 2.5 layout version, in order to send the event to the government. However, the event layout version is obsolete.

To generate a new S-1200 event in the S-1.0 layout version to a payroll period that already has an S-1200 event in the 2.5 layout version, you need to execute an AJUS payroll after
the S-1.0 layout version start date.

When you don't execute the AJUS, no event information is updated, and no S-1200 event is created.

Solution
This SAP Note delivers the following modifications to enable the system to update S-1200 events without modify employee's payroll data:

Creation of the Libera retificação de eventos S-1200 (BRRE) subtype in Instruções da firma (IT0035) infotype
Modification to rectify S-1200 events to the current layout version configured in V_T5F99K2 view when the following conditions are matched:
Event saved in 2.5 layout version.
No payroll information modified.
IT0035 infotype with BBRE subtype with same event validity

Use Case - Example

Consider the scenario described in the symptom section.

You add two IT0035 infotypes entries with BBRE subtype. Then, the employee's IT0035 infotypes are as follows:

You run RPC_PAYBR_EFD_PAY_GENERATOR report and the S-1200 events with 1001 and 1002 IDs are updated.

The saved events are updated in S-1.0 layout version. Now, you are able to send them to the government.

Important: To create a new S-1200 event in this context, the IT0035 periods have to be equal or later than the event validity.

The changes described in this SAP Note will be included in an HR Support Package, as indicated in section Support Packages.
