Intelligence, lnvestigation work and Adjudication or prosecution relating to Fiseal or Criminal las, of (Gi) Possessing investigative experience of atleast five years in Banking or Accounts or Audit NOTE: 1 For RBI Officers: Officers working in Group ‘D' (Deputy General Manage) or Officers having ive years of service in Group *C* (Assistant General Manager) would 3e considered inthe eld of deputation. For Public Sector Bank Oficers: Officers working in Scale-V (Assistant General Manager) ‘or officers having five years of service in Scale IV (Chief Manager) would be considered in the field of deputation ‘The departmental officers inthe feed category who are inthe direct tine of promotion shall rot be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation’ absorption. Deputy Director of Enforcement is expected tobe able to coordinate and oversee the intelligence and investigation matters relating to FERA, FEMA and PMLA. However, heishe ‘may be assigned any other function by the Director of Enforcement like review, special investigation and technical work. Therefore, the officer is expected to have an indepth Knowledge of FERA, 1973 (since repealed), FEMA, 1999, PMLA, 2002 and otver allied Acts and an aptitude for this type of work. 4. The pay & allowances and other tems will be regulated in accondanee with the Department or Personnel & Training's O.M/No.6/8/2000-Est(Pay-I) dated 17th June, 2010 ‘ss amended from time to time. Besides the officers working in Directorate of Enforeement at the level of Deputy Director are currently entitled for Special Incentive Allowance @ 20% of Basie Pay, 5.
