Letter of Offer for Employment

Based on our discussions with you, we are pleased to offer you the position of US IT Recruiter
based out of our office in Bangalore, India. You are expected to join onboard on orbefore July 20th,
2023.

It is understood and agreed that the first 15 days of employment shall contribute to a probation
periodduring which period the employer may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the employee’s
employment, for any reason without notice or cause, and during this period if the employee gets
terminated for any reason the employee will not be paid.

You will be entitled to a monthly base compensation of Rs 50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand
only) as a CTC submission. Your compensation will be subject to Taxes Deducted at Source as
per the Income Tax Act, of 1961.

You will be expected to bring the following documents to enable us to verify the information that
you furnished in your resume. You will also be required to consent for background verification. In
case of anydiscrepancy/information found untrue, then One IT Corp has the right to withdraw the
Offer / terminatethe services during your employment without notice.

• One copy each in support of the educational qualification that you mentioned in your resume.

• Copy of Paystubs of the last 3 months from your previous company.

• Copy of ID proof and PAN Card.
