JUANE

The Juane or Juan is one of the main dishes from the Peruvian
jungle and is widely consumed during the feast of San Juan which
is celebrated on 24 June each year.

INGREDIENTS:

A kilo of rice, banana leaves cooked chicken, raw eggs, boiled


eggs, olives, onion, garlic, pepper, cumin, spices, stew, dried
oregano.
