JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, NATALIA DASCO QUIMPO AND RENATO DUMANGAS

QUIMPO, both of legal age, Filipino, and residents of Sapphire St., Poblacion
2, Bauan, Batangas, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and state:

That we personally know the CRISPIN DE ROXAS ELEDA because we

have been close family friends for a long period of time up to present;

That said CRISPIN DE ROXAS ELEDA is the son of PABLO ABE

ELEDA and FLAVIA DE ROXAS ELEDA;

That the name CRISPIN DE ROXAS ELEDA was erroneously

registered in his identification documents as CRISPIN ROXAS ELEDA;

That we know for a fact that his true and correct name is CRISPIN DE
ROXAS ELEDA and not CRISPIN ROXAS ELEDA;

That this statement is not made to deceive any legal authority nor to
evade any criminal and/or civil liability;

That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the
foregoing facts and circumstances and to inform the proper authorities that
CRISPIN DE ROXAS ELEDA and CRISPIN ROXAS ELEDA refer to one and
the same person, and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
