In order to augment the regular workforce of the Municipal Trial Court, may we respectfully
request the hiring/rehiring for the following proposed appointees under Job Order/Contract of Service
status for the period January ,2021 March 31, 2022.

JUSTIFICATION:

I would like to rehire the above-mentioned name as his services in the office as assisting clerk
and errands in-charge is continually needed considering that two court staff in our office have already
retired but their vacant positions have not yet been filled up.

It is understood that this office shall conscientiously observe and adhere to the existing policies
of this Agency relative thereto, and the pertinent provisions stipulated under Memorandum Order No. 10,
s. 2020, “Guidelines on Hiring and Rehiring of Job Order Personnel in the Local Government Unit of
Baganga.”
