A RESOLUTION RE-ALIGNING THE APPROPRIATION OF “LIGA FUND” AMOUNTING TEN

THOUSAND PESOS (10,000.00) AND “ANNUAL DUES” AMOUNTING TWO THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED NINE PESOS AND THIRTY CENTAVOS (2,509.30) TO “SEMINAR EXPENSE”
AMOUNTING A TOTAL OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS (10,509.30).

WHEREAS, due to insufficient of funds needed for Seminar Expenses, the body has to realign Ten
Thousand Pesos (P 10,000.00) Liga Fund and Two Thousand Five Hundred Nine Pesos and Thirty
Centavos (P 2,509.30) Annual Dues to Seminar Expense.

WHEREAS, the funds allotted in the annual budget for Seminar Fees are not sufficient to meet the
necessary funding for the upcoming seminars

WHEREAS, the Liga Fund and Annual Dues will be used for additional funding for the upcoming
Seminar of SK Chairmans and Brgy. Captains in Clark, Pampanga.

NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, on motion of Sagguniang Kabataan Kagawad REYMAR

ABELLA, duly seconded by Sagguniang Kabataan Kagawad CHARISA MAE IMPERIO, the
Sagguniang Kabataan Kagawad/ Members of Brgy. Quimmallogong, Sinait, Ilocos Sur in a meeting duly
assembled.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED to re-align THE APPROPRIATION OF “LIGA FUND”

AND ANNUAL DUES TO “SEMINAR EXPENSE” AMOUNTING A TOTAL OF TEN THOUSAND
PESOS (10,509.30)

“RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution shall be furnished to the Offices concerned for
information and favorable action.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
