There is a BSC score-based Performance appraisal form there are 7 columns.

The
first column contains Key factors, 2nd column weight on a 50 scale distributed in each
cell withinn 50 scale, 3rd column targets if any (that were set) a number will be put
by the appraiser, 4th column is a performance summary where the appraiser will
score based on the target score. the 5 th column contains a self-assessed score by
appraise, and the 6th column contains a supervisor-assessed score by the appraiser
on the 6th column score. How can I calculate the final score?

To calculate the final score in the BSC score-based performance appraisal form you
described, you can follow these steps:

1. Multiply the score in the 3rd column (performance summary) by the weight in the 2nd
column for each row. This will give you the weighted performance score for each key
factor.
2. Sum up all the weighted performance scores calculated in step 1 to obtain the total
weighted performance score.
3. Multiply the score in the 6th column (self-assessed score) by the weight in the 5th
column for each row. This will give you the weighted self-assessed score for each key
factor.
4. Sum up all the weighted self-assessed scores calculated in step 3 to obtain the total
weighted self-assessed score.
5. Multiply the score in the 7th column (supervisor-assessed score) by the weight in the
5th column for each row. This will give you the weighted supervisor-assessed score
for each key factor.
6. Sum up all the weighted supervisor-assessed scores calculated in step 5 to obtain the
total weighted supervisor-assessed score.
7. Add the total weighted performance score (step 2), the total weighted self-assessed
score (step 4), and the total weighted supervisor-assessed score (step 6) together. This
will give you the overall final score.

The formula for calculating the final score can be represented as follows:

Final Score = Total Weighted Performance Score + Total Weighted Self-Assessed Score +
Total Weighted Supervisor-Assessed Score

Please note that the weights in the 2nd and 5th columns should be on a 50 scale. If the
weights vary from this scale, you may need to adjust the calculations accordingly.
