    Code of 1991, Republic Act 7160, you are hereby appointed as LUPONG TAGAPAMAYAPA MEMBER of
    this Barangay Matabao, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte effective today January 10, 2018.

    As such, you are hereby directed to perform the duties appurtenant to your position
    satisfactorily and in accordance with existing laws and regulations. Your appointment shall continue to
