4. Project Objective

The Client is looking for an Expert Contractor for its Rooftop PV Plant project, with a solid
background in PV technologies and a proven track record in constructing Rooftop PV power
plant projects of similar size or greater.

The Objective is to ensure on-time, on-quality delivery of the system to the Client.

The Contractor has developed an organized construction process, a powerful tool which has
proven to ensure highest performance from day one of operations, and throughout the entire
technical lifetime of the project (25 years).

Renesource has developed its own sophisticated Project Management and Tracking Tool in
Monday.com, which allows on-time Project Tracking and Management. The Detailed Project
Status can be reported at any point in time with a few mouse clicks.

Our approach to achieve tangible cost-saving and increased performance include, but are not
limited to:

- Optimization of space usage, including orientation, spacing & angles (typically 10 +%

area savings demonstrated)
- Optimization of DC/AC ratio (more DC capacity, more MWh generated)
- Component choice and selection based on best economics and long- term
performance
- Reduction of cabling losses
