I am writing this recommendation letter for Mr. Augustine Igwebuike Anya, who was my student during the
graduate course ‘Direct and Inverse Problems for Wave Propagation’ for Graduate level at COMSATS
University Islamabad (CUI), Islamabad Pakistan. I found Mr. Augustine hard working, composed, punctual
and willing to learn more and more about the subject. I witnessed in him tremendous growth and development
as mathematician. This development came not only in the area of scientific achievement and discovery, but in
maturity and character as well. Mr. Augustine is always eager to take challenges and tries his best to overcome
the challenges. He is an individualist and doesn’t share and looks for others to help him. He has developed
strong mathematical skills in Analysis, PDEs and Fractional Calculus. I consider him a potential candidate for
pursuing his career as Mathematician.

The medium of instruction at COMSATS is English. He is fluent in speaking English and has excellent
communication skills. I am sure that he will continue to do his best as mathematician and put more efforts to
achieve his objectives in life. I wish Mr Khalid success and peace in professional life.
