Sapurata hill station is situated in western part of India and south part
of Gujarat. Saputara is a one of the best hill station of Gujarat. It is a
starting point of sahyadri range mountain. Saputara altitude is
approximately 1082 Meter from the sea level. In monsoon the saputara
comes out with full of greenery, water fall and other natural beauty.
Saputara has developed as a hill station by Gujarat government. It's also
favorite place for nature lover and trekker. In saputara the governor hill
trek is one of the best trek in Gujarat.

 ITINERARY
Day 00: Departure from Ahmedabad
The camp will depart on the previous day late

night from Ahmedabad. 11 PM
Food: No | Night: Bus journey

Day 01: Visit Gira waterfall & Depart for Saputara

- After visiting the falls, Depart for basecamp. Arrival saputara
campsite & Setup a tent.
- After lunch some games/Activities.
- Evening we will trek towards Sunset point.
- Dinner and Camp fire, Lights off.
Food: Lunch + Dinner

Day 02: Departure for the Trek (Governor Hill)

- The day will start with an early morning breakfast. We will
quickly have breakfast and depart for the trek.
- After Lunch some rest.
- Evening Saputara market visit (Like; Lake, Step garden, Fish
aquarium, Museum, Rose garden, Activities)
- Dinner and Musical Evening (Garba – Dance)
- 11:00 PM Lights Off.
Food: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

Day 03: Visit Sunrise Point and Return Journey

- The day would start with a trek to the Sunrise point and
spending sometime at sunrise point, We will head to the
campsite for lunch.
- After having lunch, We will start our return journey with
unforgotten memories and bunch of photos.

Day 01: Saputara & Market visit

- Arrival at saputara in the morning & Go to the Sunrise point.
- Allotting tent and take delicious breakfast.
- Team building activities/Teamgames
- Take delight lunch and Rest.
- Saputara market visit ( Like; Lake, Boating, Step garden, Fish
aquarium, Museum, Rose garden, Activities, etc)
- Evening we will trek towards Sunset point.
- Dinner, Camp fire and Musical nights (Garba – Dance)
- 11 PM Lights off.
Food: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

Day 02: Departure for the Trek (Governor Hill)

- The day will start with an early morning breakfast. We will
quickly have breakfast and depart for the trek.
- Take delicious Lunch.
- After having lunch, We will start our return journey and visit
Gira waterfall (Sightseeing)
- After visit Gira waterfall, Travel towards Vadodara with
unforgotten memories and bunch of photos.
- Food: Breakfast + Lunch

TRANSPORTATION
• Traveling from Ahmedabad/Vadodara to Saputara by Bus/Tempo
traveller. (2*2 or 2*3 Non AC Bus)

FOOD
• Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner. Hygienic & healthy Vegetarian food will be
provided.

ACCOMMODATION
• Accommodation will be provided in “Alpine\Dome Tent” on sharing
basis.
• Accommodation for girls and boys will be separate.

 20 Ltr Trekking bag pack (with rain cover)
 2/3 pair of clothes, mostly full sleeves.
 Umbrella and Raincoat, Plastic bags to carry wet clothes.
 Winter cream lotion and sun screen lotion.
 Blanket & Bed sheet.
 Sports/Trekking shoes with good rubber grip. Sandals/Chappal,
Socks.
 Must carry any original Id proof. (Don't take color copy) & 1
Xerox, ATM, Cash.
 Water bottle, Snacks or Chocolate.
 We have medical kit during trek but although medical kit if have
any special problem/Disease.
 Sanitizer and face mask (Compulsory)
 Torch + Camera + Powerbank.
 TERMS & CONDITIONS
 This is not a leisure tour it's a trekking camp, so we expect a
little bit of discipline.
 Participants will have to follow the rules and regulation given by
the trek leader.
 Alcohol, smoking, tobacco and abusive language are strictly
prohibited in campsite area and trekking route
 In case of unforeseen conditions, the schedule can be change or
it can be modify if the expense is increase then participants will
be paid extra amount, decided by the Peakhikers team.
 The final decision taken by the trek leader and office
authorities.
 If any activity will happen like accident than our team will not
be responsible.
 If the sufficient participant are not register then the camp are
cancelled.
 If the camp are cancelled then the participant change their
dates or change their camp.

INSTRUCTIONS

 Volunteer/Instructor information give you 12 hour before the
your camp.
 Please submit the application form to the office.
 Please completed your total fees before 5 Days of the camp.
 Please check your train ticket in advance if any mistake
immediately call to the office after that we will not responsible.
 CANCELLATION POLLICY
Cancellation would be given by the Peakhiker's office on receiving
cancellation request through registered mail ID only.
The cancellation Amount will be counted on total fees only. The
refund amount will be paid in 10 to 15 working days through an AC
payee cheque.
This cancellation policy explains how we handle participant's
returns. Peak hikers India will make every effort to refer refund
requests to you. If you are cancel the registration on any camp
then your.
Refund police are given below...
 Registration amount are not refundable
 If you are cancel your registration before 20 days then we are
giving 25% refund on total amount.
 If you are cancel your registration before 5 to 19 days then we
are giving 10% refund on total amount.
 If you are cancel your registration before 0 to 4 days then we
are giving no refund.
 If you are cancel your trek/trip and then again you want to
come in the trek/trip so your registration process start from the
first.
 Your seat are not transfer to the another personal.
