Driver of coal transport truck Shri Mahesh Kumar Verma (Contractual Worker) had parked the truck near Weigh-
Bridge and going to coal dispatch clerk for taking gate pass. Parked truck get movement and rolled forward direction,
so Shri Mahesh Kumar Verma climbed on the truck during the rolling condition of truck and tried to braked it, but
meanwhile left side tyre of truck climbed on ramp of Weigh-Bridge road and overturned to 90 Deg. towards driver
side, caused injury in right leg (just above the ankle joint).
